Eli was great. He changed my normal locks and then took extra time to explain different features on touch pad locks. When I bought the wrong kind, he came back to install the correct lock. I would 100% use him again in the future.

Eli is an awesome locksmith! I just bought a new house and when I started pricing out replacing the locks, it quickly pushed me to finding a locksmith to just rekey everything. I made an appointment with Eli through yelp messages and he showed up exactly on time! Eli was generally just a really easy going guy. He showed me a couple of neat things about my locks and even pointed out one of the ugly locks on my basement door was actually a really high quality one that was very difficult to pick, so I should keep that lock and always have it locked to secure my basement. Eli rekeyed 9 locks for a very reasonable price in about an hour and a half.

After dealing with all the stress with closing on a house, I was glad to have a genuinely positive interaction with someone who knew his stuff and was absolutely a consummate professional.

We have used Mr. Locksmith twice for our place. First time Eli came he rekeyed our front door, and provided copies of the keys as well. He was on time, friendly, and very nice. We called him again a few years later to rekey our front door again and he did so with the same outstanding service as the prior time. He also helped me change my other doorknob's reconfiguration (it was upside down) without charge.

Recently I noticed our front door key slot was blocked so I called him to come out but he told me to try WD40 first to clear out any debris. I did and it worked! I appreciate his honesty. He could have easily come out to do it and charged us and we wouldn't have even known. Thanks Eli! We'll be sure to use Mr. Locksmith for all our future work.

Eli was wonderful to work with! We had many locks that we needed to be changed due to a move, and Eli was able to come over to do the work within days of our first contact. After sharing pictures of the various locks with him, we spoke over the phone and he made suggestions for each lock and explained the prices.
