Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff who are serious about locks. They offer laser key stamping. Large selection of entry control products and a Medeco dealer. Not the cheapest in town, and you have to drive out to Erlanger, but how much are your valuables and safety worth? Remember that the bitterness of poor quality lasts longer than the sweetness of low price. Bonded follows a strict protocol for only the release of keys to authorized persons (bring your driver's license). I have complete confidence in these guys. If they don't have it, you don't need it.

Came there to get a key cut for a BMW that the dealer could not get right after two wasted trips a half hour north each time. I was in and out of BLS within 20 minutes key in hand for a fraction of the price that the dealer was going to charge me. Great service!

In the past we purchased very expensive deadbolt locksets from this company. A few days ago we found the key would not go into the lock from the outside - making it impossible to lock or unlock the door from the outside. We stopped by the store and explained the problem. They said they would have to send someone over to the ale a look as these locks never fail.

The next day someone showed up right on time. He squirted some lubricant in the lock, charged us $65.00 and was gone within 5 minutes. We are retired people living on a fixed income. We feel we could have been advised to squirt the lubricant in the lock for a lot less than $65. Further, the store is very near our home - the entire trip could not have taken more than 20 minutes. After reading the reviews on how helpful they were to help other customers we feel disappointed and taken advantage of.

I recently asked them to help me with a specialty lock on a small safe and they were very helpful. It took about 30 minutes to get the job done but they were very patient. I will absolutely do business with them again.
