Had to wait 3 weeks to get appt( guy was on vacation) to get new car key and have it programmed. Appt was at 2, guy came out 15 minutes later. Said at least 30 minutes. Not one available place to sit; (senior w/ a very bad knee). Was never kept up to date or informed about situation. Finally asked how it was going and after 1 hour and 15 minutes was told it couldn't be done.
