Giving 5 starts as they ended a huge ordeal of a simple task of making copies of keys. I kept getting bad keys from home depot after 4 trips, so I tried these folks out. Metro Lock made the keys in a jiff and all of them perfect. I however need comment that the associate I spoke with was very reluctant to talk to me about the situation until I called back, said the keys worked, and I wanted to thank them.
This is a sign that any customer questions\complaints might also be "reluctantly" reviewed. I won't dock stars as they completed what they needed and it appeared they would honor refund requests if it was discussed.

I have a personal combination sentry safe that I used for years all of a sudden I couldn't get it open. After looking on line I found this company I call and explain to Ray my problem and he said bring it in. He had it open in just a few minutes it seem as though a weight was lifted off my shoulder. I asked him what is the cost for this and he said no charge? Ray was very professional and helpful I totally recommend this company to people who need their problem solved. The service guy arrived on time, he was extremely nice and very professional. He took the time and explained to me what had to be done and how much it would be. The price was fair. I had a problem with my door lock jamming. I called Metro Lock Service, & they had a technician out to my house within 1 hour from when I called. The person that came out, was friendly, & was able to fix my lock in no time. I felt valued, & not taken advantage by the tech, or Metro Lock Service. I highly recommend them, & will definitely use them in the future.

Called to schedule and they were here in about 30 minutes. Job was done in about 30 and works great. Called around to several places before I asked them to come out for free quote and there price was also reasonable, right in the middle of all the calls I made. Very happy customer. Highly recommend and will use them again If I need locksmith.
