Ed was very personable and patience. He got the key for our car made quickly and way less expensive than the dealer was going to charge us. I been here years ago when I needed keys made for my Airbnb. I remember the great service I got that time and decided to came here again. I highly recommend!

Update: I called them as I was locked out of a room today and they were there in 5 minutes and fixed it very quickly. These folks are awesome! Amazing, inexpensive service. I must have caught these guys on a bad day. Other people seem to have good things to say about them. Here's my experience. I needed to have some keys made for a lock in a cash register at my shop. When I visited Pro-Lock & Safe, I was told it would take about an hour to make keys. I returned a little more than an hour later only to find that the front door was locked, and the lights had been turned off.

I waited around for about 20 minutes before someone showed up to re-open. When I went inside he gladly charged me full price - $18 for 2 keys. The price seemed high to me. But the shocker came when I returned to my shop, re-installed the lock, and discovered that only 1 of the 2 keys actually worked. Like I said, it seems like people like this place, but I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

These gentleman are experienced locksmiths, I had ZERO keys for a utility / service bed. Called manufacture of utility bed, discontinued keys and no key cuts known. Called several utility bed distributors, and known lock manufactures to try to trace down a key to no avail. Went to TWO different locksmiths who attempted and failed. Called these gentleman who told me to come down, within 10 MINUTES or less, he had made a key by using a blank key and a file.

Highly impressed from their level of SKILL. Gentleman who was working on it was a veteran in the business with 27 years of experience. One of my latches wasn't working properly, owner fixed it right on the spot. Highly recommend, and saved me from having to rekey 6 locks!

OMG! This place is AMAZING! Not only does the shop have cute and hard to find items, but their locksmith and key services are unbelievable! They just saved me over $250 on a new car key. Ordered, re-keyed and programmed! Highly recommend them!

These guys helped me out with reprogramming my vehicle keyless entry fob when it needed a computer. They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg! Took less than 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable staff and a good sized store to browse and find some good items.
