Called and scheduled service to replace door handle to garage, arrived same day, installed new handle, said could not replace exact handle, said don't make this type anymore. OK. Installed replacement, paid and thought all was well, next day, door would not close completely, called him, he came out and said he had to adjust striker, should fix problem.
Next week, door locked/jammed and could not turn handle to open, pulled and put pressure on handle and door opened. I called Guy to report this problem, he said it was "humidity" it was June, so maybe? Asked him to come out and see what issue was, he told me he had already come out second time for. FREE and said he wouldn't come out again. I asked him if this was how he stood behind his work. Here it is, December and having the same problem for the past six months! No humidity now!

I got great service from Guy's Lock & Key. Guy came to my location and did a perfect job. I had ordered a spare key fob/key for my Ford vehicle. The fob needed to be programmed and the key cut. Guy had the job done and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. The fob and key work perfectly. Five stars, I highly recommend this service.

We went with Guy to rekey our new home and he was great. He was quick to respond on yelp and provide a quote, and was able to schedule time to perform the service within three days. The great thing is that we didn't need to be home for the service - he took care of it all while we were at work and then he left a detailed quote and the requested keys in a predesignated spot. When there was a change in job scope (due to our miscount) he called to confirm the scope and pricing before doing the extra work. Highly recommend Guy!

Guy came out today to recore the locks for us in our new home. Also redid garage door and key pad. Great service! Quick, efficient and friendly. As he was leaving he mentioned he did car keys as well and it just so happened I needed an extra key fob for one of my vehicles! Full service lock smith at a reasonable price!

We were referred to Guy's Lock & Key by our local hardware store, and for a good reason. Guy came to our house on time, was nice and polite, did a fabulous job rekeying the locks and resetting the garage door openers, and charged a very reasonable price I will definitely be recommending Guy to anyone who needs a locksmith!

Guy come to re-keys our home on time, professional, as promise over the phone, and provide great service with price lower than most other companies. I like the fact that he is the owner of his business, care about what he does, and have more than 20 years of experiences. He re-keys my the two locks on my door in less than one hour, smooth out the roughness of the door opening and closing without additional charge. I highly recommended him for anyone in need.

I haven't used a locksmith in a long time, but when my door leading to the garage decided not to open because of a faulty spring, I had to find one fast. Guy was able to provide same day service and at a very fair price. I hope I don't need a locksmith often, but now I know who to have on speed dial when I do.
