Called to get an estimate and quoted me a great price but once he arrived he changed his tune and said my car was going to be more expensive and I reminded him he already quoted me and should have asked me over the phone at anytime. The process was exactly what he would have done ANY other car but because my car was "special" he thought he could charge me more. However, he held true to his commitment over the phone and charged me the initial quote. I really respected that. Would definitely use them again. Make sure you let him know what make and model you have before accepting a quote.

Johnny and his partner were able to meet me quickly. They not only re-keyed my locks, but also fixed a couple problem locks, as well. Not cheap, but they worked quickly and got the job done!

ANYONE WHO WAS TOLD YOU GET A DISCOUNT FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW, REMEMBER YOU CAN GO BACK AND EDIT IT TO A DIFFERENT SCORE AND COMMENT! I was in a jam and they were the lowest rate I could get over the phone. When they showed up the rates quickly went up from what I was quoted. The only way I could get it down was if I could write a 5 star review and screenshot and text it to the locksmith so he could unlock my car.

They are scammers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EDIT: Since I can't reply to the companies response, I will add it here to clarify. Pay close attention to how they didn't address the screenshot comment I made. They don't ask for use to write a review for feedback, they specifically said that the only way to get it lowered to anywhere near the quote was to give it a 5 star rating, screenshot, and send it to them.

They are taking advantage of your situation to get better ratings on google. They ask what the make and model is before they get there, there is no reason they can't give an exact quote over the phone. If they pull this, send them away empty handed.

Locked my keys in my car and called these guys to come save the day. The tech that worked on my car was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Didn't even take him 5 minutes to unlock my CTS-V and get my keys out. Would definitely recommend using these guys as I will continue to do so.

CJ did a great job of getting me back into my car in a couple minutes. Prompt service and nice guy! Came out around midnight pretty quickly. Would recommend!

Mendel was awesome. He was very personable and helpful. He showed me what was going on with the locks I was having problems with and explained everything he was doing. He had the locks I needed re-keyed finished quickly too. I think he is the best locksmith I've ever had help me out. I was so happy that I was able to get service on Sunday. I got a call back within five minutes and he was at my place in under 30 minutes.

I do not think you can ask for better than that. You guys will be the first people I call if I need any help with lock issues in the future. Thank you so much! I feel so much better.

Lock Smith was on time, professional, and very friendly. He was able to unlock our door in a timely fashion although I would have waited however long. I would recommend this company.

I was very impressed how Mike arrived at the exact time he said he would. He explained the fees to remove some padlocks I needed removed. He was very quick and efficient in getting the locks removed. I really like that I did not have to wait around long for him to arrive. He did a great job!

I called Phoenix Lock Master today, needing an appointment last minute. They were able to schedule me within the hour. Tom called right away to confirm the time and location. He was at my house prior to set time. He was professional, walking me through all of the options and seeing what would be the best for me. I am very pleased and will call again should I need the services. Thank you very much.

Long story short I had my keys stolen by someone I know. I called Phoenix LockMaster and their locksmith Tom arrived within 20 minutes! Tom re-keyed 5 of my locks into my home within 1 hour. He was very friendly and professional. I now no longer have to worry for the safety of my home. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

Best Lock service I've ever used! I've been locked out of my car and house a couple of different times in the past and it took well over an hour for the guys to arrive. LockMaster arrived with in 15 min and opened my car door within two min! They were very professional and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!

Called on a Sunday and they sent Tim out to help. He was at my home within 30 minutes of calling and was able to get me back into my home in a few minutes.
