We worked with Christopher, who was able to completely fix all of our non-latching/locking interior doors (approx. 8 of them) in an 1890's house. Christopher took the time to explain each issue, provide his list of recommendations, and then worked quickly and efficiently to get us all squared away - at a really reasonable rate. For those who have older/antique doors and want a sensitive approach that preserves the charm and aesthetic while providing full functionality, Christopher (and Locks & Keys) is who you should call.

What a great experience I just had with Chris. I called him in the early afternoon and he was able to show up within a couple of hours which was awesome! He did an amazing job with my locks, was very knowledgeable, and was able to point out and correct some major issues that were not addressed from the previous owners. The work was completed in a timely manner and was very clean, he also provided me additional tips and n how to keep my unit safe. I strongly recommend Chris work and Locks and Keys!

Christopher was here this afternoon, installing a beautiful key pad lock. Such a pretty piece of hardware. Our house is over 100. yrs old, the door has been warped and never closed easily or completely. Now that it has a key pad lock it closes better than it ever has. He saw the problem in the door that also needed repair, of all the work men I have had to work on this cranky door, finally it is solved. I cannot recommend Christopher more highly.

This company was great! I was able to get an appointment & quote to change the locks on my home quickly. And Rick kindly called 20 mins ahead prior to the appointment and quickly updated my locks and tightened some loose hardware. I'd definitely recommend them!

I recently moved into a parsonage outside of Boston as I'm the new pastor at a local church. The locks and some of the doorknobs needed to be fixed or changed so I contacted Locks & Keys, Inc Locksmiths. The individual who answered the phone was extremely gruff and rude. But I decided to go with it and see if the person they were sending out would be good.

Everyone has a bad day, right? The gentleman that came out to look at the locks was friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He said he was going to get back to me about an estimate for the work. I was feeling pretty confident that things were going to work out despite the rough start. But I never got a call back with an estimate.

That was about a month or more ago. UPDATE: I got a call from the owner and it turned out that something got lost in the process. He sent someone back out to get an estimate and it was the same guy that came out before. The estimate was half as much as another locksmith we talked with so we went with them and it worked out well. He was quick and thorough. Good service.

Absolutely AMAZING! FAST response, phenomenal reasonable price. With the customer service is above and beyond! This company goes out of there way literally to respond to anyone in need. My Mom has needed them, Aunt and a few of my cousins. We ALL have the same experience. We also found out, instead of having a spare key made at our car dealerships.

We had them made more then half off through Locks & Keys. Ask for ANY employer here. They are all awesome and genuinely care of how to fix any issues and solve any problems with what they do. On top of this.their prices are above and beyond reasonable. Don't waste your time anywhere else!

Came to my house on Sunday 5/25, for a locked bedroom door, said could not get the lock picked and charged us $419 to take the nob off.was here a total of 10 min. Said he would install a new lock for $125. We where basically robbed, called and talked to a manager and he said nothing they could do. We where not aware of any price until he wrote it down, if I knew of the price we never would have had them out to our home JUST to break the nob on our door. PLUS, they take AAA, but never made us aware of that either.
