Called Everett Safe & Lock for a bedroom door lock out and had a tech at my door within the hour. From the initial phone call, to the call back letting me know someone was on the way, to Matt the locksmith.everyone was super friendly and efficient.my favorite combo! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Excellent Customer Service! I had an issue with a car ignition key. It was a copy (never used before) and it was tight going into both the door and ignition. The issue was once in the ignition, the key would not turn to the LOCK position to shut the car off auxiliary and pull out the key. The man was having difficulty--it was VERY stuck, and I was dreading replacing the ignition.
It was an unexpected turn of events that the older woman I had been chatting with about grandkids while the man was in my car, stepped up to the plate when he was having trouble. She saw him come in the third time and she casually said "I'll Do It!" --she took his tools and took over the job. In my mind, my jaw dropped! All that was needed (she said) was a "woman's touch"!
It took a couple more times wrestling with the key in and out, I think she recut to factory specs because I did not have the original with me--then finally SUCCESS! Key slides in and out like a champ and I can shut off my car again! -- I asked what I owed for the time spent--No Charge! Wow! Everett Safe and Lock is EXCELLENT! -- And to the woman who saved my day and my wallet -- THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! It's sad you missed the birth of your grand-baby due to Covid restrictions, but you're making up for it now!
I will be referring your company and no one else. Thanks to you both. I will bring in the third key for some of your magic, and I'll pick up some business cards for referrals.

Thank you Everett Safe and Key! The deadbolt for our community meals program warehouse spun out. I called ESAK with a request for a locksmith. They explained they were booked up for several days. I went on to explain the trouble we were having. They suggested I bring the lock to thier store. They did not have a new part but were able to provide a used part at no charge. Awesome to say the least.

The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was obviously highly-skilled in his field I had called over a dozen locksmiths and receive the run-around when I was simply trying to get a key cut from a passenger door lock on an old muscle car. but the gentleman I spoke to at Everett Safe and Lock knew exactly what I was talking about and knew how to do it and when I walked in the door they had me back out the door in less than 1 minute with the key in the lock. these guys really know their stuff!

Excellent and completely stocked to fill all needs. Great service. Very helpful, dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. Their services are much better than the locksmith services you telephone, have no ready inventory, may or may not have a locksmith available, and may or may not return your call as promised.

I purchased some metal cabinets at an auction and they had locked handles. I visited two other "Lock & Key" services and they told me to purchase new Lock/Handle Assemblies. Then someone told me to visit 5108 Evergreen Way, Everett Safe & Lock. I walked in with the handles and 12 minutes later I had new keys for each lock. Wonderful quick service! The staff were very nice and everyone was practicing safe guidance. I now have a very good reliable service for any lock or key needs.

Really sad, was so hopeful. Lost my motorbike key. Am told by many that I need the 'code', but to get the 'code' i need to 'break into' my bike which I am not mechanically inclined to do. HOW? But I have a VIN which doesn't seem to help. I broke my helmet lock off the bike but it is surrounded by hard plastic. Took VIN to five different locations, including this place, with no chance of getting a key made. There my motorbike sits and it might as well be 'totaled' This is my third motorbike in two decades and now I have none.

I have use this place for years and have always received excellent service and advice, but on my recent visit the staff and the other customers in the store were not wearing masks. The person who helped me had a sniffley nose was touching his hands to it then my keys. I will still try to go there but will leave if they aren't wearing masks again.

This is the only place I will go to copy keys! I first visited with a broken off key extracted from and ignition of a vehicle I bought, only key. They were able to match the key and cut copies from the computer, inserted into ignition and rig started! Recently bought a locking mailbox, called and gave then the key blank number from online to see if they could help. Blank did not cross reference, they asked the make of the mailbox, stated they had the required blanks. Made copies for half the cost of online. Support your local business and pay less?!? WIN! Great folks here.

If you need your keys done better than you can get them at the auto machines in the big box stores this is the place to go. It's 10 miles away and I make the drive every time I need keys. They even picked the lock on my trailer hitch for me when I misplaced that after confirming it was my vehicle. Fast service even when busy.

Great locally owned small business in these times we are all living in now would be a good time to go have your keys made here and support a local business instead of going to a big corporation owned store and having a key copied in a machine and save 1 or 2 dollars. And the key I got copied was in the shape and colors of a bolt action rifle! How cool is that I know for a fact they don't have that design in the key copying machine inside of Lowe's.

Need keys cut? The only place to go is Everett Safe and Lock. We quit using Lowes and Home Depot years ago because whatever price break we got from using them was balanced out by the fact their keys didn't work. Not much of a balance! I have an old Sentry Safe with a lost key that can be replaced by calling Sentry and using the lock code stamped on the lock for $25 bucks and hope the shipped keys actually work. Everett Safe can do the same thing for about $14 and I don't have to wait for the mail and hope Sentry picked out the proper key. Some postings complained of the higher prices that Everett Safe charged but I can show them a hat full of Lowes and HD keys that never did work.

Don't hire anyone else here in Everett, that you find online. These guys are real professionals. Many of those with similar and same name, are rip-off companies. I dealt with a scary company that had only foreigners working for them. they were pushy and rude over the phone. Don't be fooled, like I was.

I couldn't be happier with the professional manner in which Everett Safe & Lock works. I was in a very tight time pinch in order to have my commercial store front door updated to meet new ADA requirements, Adam was able to come out the following day from my initial call to see what would be need, ordered needed speciality parts and was extremely accommodating to My limited schedule. I can't say enough good things about company, and would highly recommend for your project.

I had to come to this location because I had a specialty key. I was very pleasently surprised by how quickly I was greeted and my order was taken. The attendant was courteous and quick. I was also shocked that my purchase was less than if Home Depot or Lowe's had been able to fill my order, ( I had tried them both ) and ES&L was cheaper and the customer service was waaaaayy better. "Key"-p this place in mind when you need a key made and they have a great choice of accessories!

I needed a key made for my recently purchased bike rack. I walked in and the guy that greeted me was professional and had a great personality. He couldn't find a key right away since this was an older unique lock. I left the snorkel and was contacted within a few hours to let me know he had found a key. When picking up the bike rack, he let me know that the lock was frozen and had a tough time getting it fixed. The cost was a bit more than what I expected, but the service was well worth it. I'd say if you need a key or lock, go see these people. They'll take care of you.

There are a few times in life when a meal is so expertly crafted that it blows your mind. This is not a location like that. You will probably never experience a good meal here, but you shouldn't expect to. Expect very knowledgeable staff, quick work, and great help! These guys are good and really seem to know their stuff. I came in a couple times after I bought a hundred year-old house that had doors with locks/knobs a little different from what you can buy in the store.
I was trying to change out all the locks and didn't have all the know-how myself. I talked to them and made some inquiries and they saved me a lot of money by sending me back home and rekeying some old equipment rather than replacing it as I requested initially. They told me it would be much cheaper and easier to go that route, though they could get me what I asked for if I really wanted it. When I brought in all the hardware, the work was quick and done right! Great service like that def creates repeat customers and I have already talked about them to friends!

Adam worked on my gun safe. He took a methodical approach, eliminated every possible cause and opened my safe. He repaired a pin that was out of track and then fixed the holes he had to drill. My safe works better than new. He was very professional. and a likable guy. Gary assisted with the job and these two guys worked hard to fix my problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a safe or any lock made. A+ They do commercial safes, residential fire/gun safes, doors and even automotive.

Our company needed a key made for a 2001 Ford Ranger. They made the key but once back at the shop discovered that there key wouldn't wouldn't even go in the ignition. We called and they refused to give our money back($90). They said they would rather lose our business then give us a refund. We threw there key in the trash and went to a company that knows how to treat there customers.
This company is garbage and I seriously would ask you to reconsider before doing any business with them. We are a family business since 1976 and treating people right is what's kept our business going for so long. These guys don't have a clue.

I was COMPLETELY disappointed in this company. I used them because of the good reviews. My car was stolen with my purse and mail key inside. I called Everett Safe & Lock to see how much it would be to rekey my mailbox. They told me that mailbox locks are flimsy, so they would actually just replace the lock instead, they told me the lock would be $18, $13 to come out, and actually replacing the lock would be $22.
So $53 total, which after some research I found would be cheaper than replacing the mailbox. So my boyfriend called and scheduled them to come out. They came and looked at the mailbox, which is at the end of the street, then came to the house and told my boyfriend that they weren't able to make new keys for it, which wasn't what they were supposed to be doing, that they couldn't replace the lock, but they were able to open it. So, they didn't do anything they were supposed to do except open the mailbox, which we can't close now, and they told him for that they had to charge him $65.11 after tax! FOR NOTHING!
For more than they told me actually replacing the lock would be. So after paying the tech, he called the office, and they told him that I must've talked to another company (called me a liar basically) because they've never had $13 service calls. So either they're a bunch of crooks! Or the person I talked to last week didn't know a damn thing.
I called back the number I called on Friday, which is the number on their website, which is the number for their business. They cheated us out of our money for doing nothing, and they don't care about upsetting their customers. Don't waste your time or money, this company is terrible.

The guy treated me like a criminal when I tried to get new ASSA keys made for property I purchased in the downtown area. I explained in detail the situation, offered to show the building title in my name and he basically blew me off, maybe it was my backwards baseball cap and basketball shorts but I think we all know not to judge a book by it's cover! This douche will not get my money, don't give him yours.

If you have extra money laying around and don't mind giving it to Everett Lock and Safe, then by all means pay them a visit. I went there to purchase a safe. The price seemed high and I really got the feeling that I was being manipulated (just a gut feeling). So I left and did some research. The price they had marked on the 2 safes that I looked at was $125 over the manufacturer's suggested retail price. BUT they were willing to knock $100 off.
This still left them $25 over the suggested retail price and WAY over similar products on the internet. So I called them and told them what I had found and explained that I really wanted to buy from a local company but would not pay more than the suggested retail price. They didn't care - the price is the price. I will not darken their door ever again.
