Bill is very prompt and professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. We have a chiropractic and massage office and he is our lockmaster! One day, the staff noticed that our front door knob had been tampered with and was loose. We called Bill and he came that night to replace the lock that someone had been trying to break. Thanks Bill!

Bill did a great job for us. When I called to schedule an appointment, he was professional and clear on all the charges and asked all the right questions about number of locks, types of locks, number of keys we needed, etc. (we had our house re-keyed). When he gave us an appointment time, he was there on-the-dot. THAT was amazing. We also didn't have the key for one of our locks and he was still able to help us out.
He came in, worked quickly and efficiently and within an hour we were all donea nd he was on his way. I'd definitely recommend him if you're looking for a mobile locksmith who is honest, punctual and capable.
