The company delivers products as agreed. However, there were hidden fees that I was Not aware of when they first provided me with the product cost. they charged my account $19 for shipping and handling(to Philadelphia, Pa) on top of a very high price for two TUBULAR SWITCH LOCK. I reach out to the company by they said we told you there would be shipping and handling fees, and that's why we charged you the extra cost.
When I asked why the shipping cost is very high for two items that weight almost nothing and shipped by regular shipping. They just ignored and never answered back. Be aware and ask all the prices upfront, including the shipping cost. I believe if I was ordering regular locks with heavier weight, they probably were charging hundreds for that.
