Saved me on the long weekend when I locked myself out of my house. Trevor was really nice and came out within half an hour. Highly recommended! Super friendly and efficient, can't thank you enough Trevor, should have given you a 6 pack from the beer delivery that came at the same time lol.

With late 90s and early 2000 GM passkey ignition keys (small resistor in key) the dealership wants big $$$ for replacements. I was able to easily source the key I needed online, but big box stores will not cut them. I called Atlas and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with the keys I purchased online and they had in stock the 2 door keys I needed. Got home and both sets of keys worked great.

A couple of weeks back during the long weekend in Perth, I rang up the company since I had lost my car keys. Trevor turns up and tries to get it fixed and we fail on the 1st day after trying a few hours. He comes back the next day, the day after and on the 4th day until finally he got it done. Yet he stuck to his fixed price, and did it with a smile on his face. If you're looking for a reliable, honest and prompt job when you are locked out, this is the guy to call! Quoted me 330 for an auto lock job and said he'd be there in 4 hours. Called a couple more smithies and one came in 10 minutes and charged me 160. Defintently can't recommend this guy. Very unprofessional too. Edit: Response below says it all. If you don't want to be charged 2x what others are offering, call some other smithies first!

I tried to get 2 new key fob keys cut by an employee of a major hardware chain and was told that I needed the code despite the fact that I had the old key. I then went to Atlas, where I should have gone initially. The counterman cut my 2 keys while I waited and they worked perfectly. When I went to pay, we both learned that the store's WiFi was down and he couldn't process my credit card. He took my phone number and told me to take my keys and he'd call me when his WiFi came back up. This is the way to run a local business.

Trevor was a huge help and came promptly to help me get into my car in time to fetch my kids from school!

After RAC and another locksmith failed to open my deadlocked bmw, Trevor came and got the job done. Great knowledge about possible options he could use to open it which neither of the previous parties mentioned and got the job done in a quicker time than both of the others combined. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I have been coming to this place for 20 years but now new owners took over. I called Sebastian 7 times to please order a key fob for my car. However he failed to order the fob or return phone calls. Terrible way to run a business

Chris from Atlas did a good job of installation. He told us he would come back to help with programming the lock if we had trouble. After looking at countless online versions of instructions we cannot get it right, so we called for assistance. Chris never returned the call (2 months later). I called several times and got little response. Finally I spoke to Sebastian who promised to send me a pdf.

He did so, promptly, but it was the wrong one. Has not responded to my emails requesting the correct one. Atlas told us they would come out. for $125! Wow that's a hefty proportion of the original cost. Why didn't Chris just get it programmed when he was here? And PS we're pretty good with programming just not experts. So if you want a lock you can get a good one. Just don't expect any help.

I got my saddle bag on my Harley Street Glide locked and couldn't get it unlocked. I called Atlas and spoke to Danny. Danny said bring it by so he could look at it. In literally 2 minutes he had the lock unlocked and working again properly! I love Danny and Atlas lock! I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Not only do they know what they are doing, they really care about the customer. I've never asked but get the feeling that you are dealing with an owner, not just hired help. Quite refreshing these days.
