Drew did a great job, getting me in right away and then in figuring out how to rework our "lost key" deadbolt. The electronics made the task a bit daunting, and he was up to the challenge. He even printed out the 15-page user's manual - icing on the cake. And all at a very reasonable price, to boot.

Redford helped us make new keys for an old chemistry cabinet we have at school. They were so helpful and quick. Highly recommend working with them!

After stopping by two other locksmiths with no luck, I popped into Redford Lock to ask about a replacement tailpiece for a Baldwin lock to convert my double cylinder lock into one capable of working with the August Smart Lock. The man behind the counter was helpful and polite, locating just the part I needed in just a couple of minutes from a grainy photo I had on my phone.

When I tried to pay, he wouldn't let me! I'll definitely be back when I have larger (paying :) ) jobs. Couldn't be happier with the service I received -- and yes, the part worked!
