NOTHING BUT THE BEST. I CALLED TO GET A QUOTE ON PROGRAMMING TWO NEW REMOTES THAT I JUST PURCHASED FOR MY 2015 SILVERADO. I highly recommend this guy. He's fast and very professional. I was in a helpless situation that my dealership said would be prolonged by 2 weeks for a new key. Quick and easy service, lost my only car key and needed a replacement, when he showed up he was done in 15 minutes and had no issues. Called a few places before I found pyramid, others wanted to charge $70 more and then an additional $250 for a spare key, this guy gave my a new key and a spare for less than other places I called for one key. Also his truck is a legit set up, with all sorts of equipment and kept clean from what I saw - Highly recommend!

The guy does quality work and is an overall good dude. We had some scheduling conflicts over a few days as well as some weather issues but he was extremely communicative about everything going back and forth. He did a great job with the Installation of the new locks as well as the re-keying. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs and work done.

Son lost his only key. Ive been ripped off by a locksmith before.Thinking that it was gonna cost a ton of money with the computer chip in keys nowadays. Jeff's pricing was extremely reasonable! He came at the time he said he was coming. How often does that happen! He unlocked the door programed and made the keys in minutes! Nice guy. Highly recommended. Dont usually do this but when someone does exceptional service I just have to say something. Believe in what the reviews says about this guy. He's legit! Thanks Jeff

I just purchased my new home in Sterling Heights MI. I called Pyramid Lock to have my doors all redone. This company came out the same day. The thing that impressed me the most which I never would have thought of, was to redo my shed door as well. I called that morning and we had keys for the family that afternoon. I saved money not replacing all my door knobs and the job was done the same day. Very professionial and well recommended.

We needed a 24-hour locksmith on a Sunday night, and Pyramid Lock answered our call and came over within about 30 minutes. The locksmith drilled out our broken deadbolt, installed a new lock, and keyed it to match our existing keys. He was very quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we're thankful he could come to our rescue -- especially at 10pm on a Sunday! Thank you, Pyramid Lock!

Jeff is a lockpickin genius! Professional, responsive, timely and very reasonably priced. (I was locked out, made the call, drove the 20 minutes home, and he arrived within one minute of my arrival and got me inside my house within two minutes flat). Recommended.
