I needed a locksmith on a Saturday and I'm so grateful I called Anat Lock & Key. Darrin is fabulous and has the patience of a Saint. His lovely Mother answers the phone. Honest, professional, fabulous, dependable, fast and efficient. They are a family owned business. I highly recommend them.

We had a deadbolt and key set that were frozen and the door couldn't be opened. Called Anat and was able to get a same day appointment within a few hours. The technician arrived on time and disassembled the locks. He was able to replace the deadbolt and unfreeze the lock set. We had him make some new keys for the locks. Everything works great now and it didn't take more than about 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. All in all, I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely use them again.

My 18 months old toddler locked herself in her bedroom. I called Anat Lock & Key, they sent a staff to arrived at my house within 20 mins. Unlocked the door in less than 3 mins! And he also taught me how to tape the lock button in case my naughty girl locked herself again. Both of my daughter and me were satisfied with his quick rescue. Today I enlisted the help of Anat Lock and Key for the second time and sure enough the work was stellar just like before. This company was originally recommended by a real estate group with which I work frequently. The first time around, I was selling a condo and the buyer's inspector said there was a problem with the front door lock. Escrow was supposed to close within one or two days and I was stumped as to fixing the situation.

I called Anat Lock and Key and was greeted by the most friendly, kind voice. The main locksmith's wife answers the phones and is unbelievably helpful and patient. We were able to make an appointment right away and as soon as Marty (the locksmith) showed up, he knew exactly how to fix the situation. Not only did he help with the door lock, he spent a few minutes just chatting.

A true gentleman who loves his work. Today's project was a little more involved and it started out yesterday with the same friendly and kind voice answering the phone. We made an appointment for today at 1PM. Sure enough, the HOA called and said they'd be blocking the driveway until 2PM. I made a call to Anat Lock and Key to ask if we could push the timing back.

They were able to accommodate my request and we rescheduled for 2:30 PM. 2:30 on the dot I got a call that Marty was at the gate waiting to be let in. As soon as Marty walked up to the front door he recognized me from months ago, gave me a big smile and commented on the place he helped me with before, asked how the sale turned out, and even remembered the weather from that particular day!

Today I had three locks that needed improvement and keys made/duplicated for four locks. He expertly fixed it up in no time. And as an added bonus, he even helped straighten out two doors that before didn't shut and lock easily. After his handiwork, the doors closed easily and the deadbolts lined up with laser precision. It is worth mentioning, at 2:30PM it was HOT. 97 degrees out and the air conditioning repair guy hadn't shown up yet.

But Marty focused on getting the work done right and never complained about the heat. We even took a few minutes to chat when he was done. The customer service is simply fantastic. Thank you again Anat Lock and Key. you're the best!

This lock & key company is the best around! Their prices are good and the customer service is wonderful. Marty is the owner and he is very courteous and funny! I highly recommend them. I had called a different company but they refused to meet me at 8:30 am, before customers come on premesis. They told me "All lock & key companies work 9-5 am" and they refused to work with me. So I called Anat Lock & Key service and Marty was happy to meet me promptly at 8:30 am. Thank you for accommodating me!

My door lock broke. I called these guys late Friday afternoon. Someone arrived in less than 2 hours to fix the door. He took care of it at a great price and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work and clean up before he left. I would say extremely dependable!

GREAT SERVICE! When we came home from vacation to discover we had left our keys in the hotel safe, my wife & I were very upset. Following my friend's recommendation, we immediately called Marty from Anat Lock and Key. He showed up within 45 minutes of calling even though we called during dinner-time. Not only did he show up promptly, his service was fast and his prices were reasonable. We were in our home & in bed within no time. I would highly recommend using their services.

Called Saturday 7/25, spoke to an actual person and made an appointment to re-key lock and get additional keys for $2 eachfor Monday 7/27 at 10 am. I've been using anat lock and key for 20 years now and always had great service and fair prices. Marty the owner has been my go to locksmith for all my homes, but recently his son has been coming out since I think Marty will be retiring soon. His son does a great job as well.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. We called here to get into our apartment. We had forgotten the keys (obviously). A man arrived wearing flip flops, very rude to both of us. He even commented on the fact that we had to walk to get to our apartment. We get there, looks at the lock and says that he can't open it without breaking it.

So he tries to open it with some piece of plastic. Didn't work. So then he tells us "you have to make a quick decision, I either break it or I go". Well, didn't leave us much time there to think! We weren't informed as to why he would break it, nor of the real price of a new lock, (which he didn't have " 30 dollars at home depot). No, I am sorry If I call someone and pay I am not going to home depot after. After he left, again being very rude, we looked online what was wrong with our lock and called someone who got us in in 5 mins and replaced the lock as well.
