United Locksmith

Before purchasing a OEM replacement key fob for my vehicle I called United to make sure they could program it. I gave them the make model & VIN. I was told after a hold by CS rep Cody that they could, there was a rep in the area and the rate. She took my info and told me to call back when I received the fob and they'd call out the rep. Upon receipt I called was told a rep would call to schedule.

After not hearing back I called again and was told they could not program that make and model. No explanation or remedy was given. Very Disappointing. I would never do business with this firm.

I had gotten locked out of my office and called United Locksmith to see if they could help me out. They answered right away and let me know that they would be able to come fix it quickly. The technician came to my office and unlocked my door and verified who I was to make sure I wasn’t someone trying to break in. He was very helpful, kind, supportive, and the amount was very affordable! 10/10 experience for me from United Locksmith.

These guys are great! The tech did a wonderful job at my home front door for a fair price. The tech is professional, polite, and knows that he is doing. I would recommend United Locksmith to anyone who needed a locksmith.

I called their 1-866 number from an internet search. I needed a car key as mine was lost. They said 1 hour and $300 they could program a new key and they come to my house. A man showed up in a van with locksmith all over it. He was about 30 min linger than expected. He then tried to joke and be very friendly with me asking a lot of personal questions- unrelated to keys.

He said it would take 20-25 min to program a key and then asked if I was going to "watch" him. I proceeded in my house and returned after approximately 15 min for an update. He was sitting in my car with his machine plugged in, on his phone. When I asked how much longer he said "my supervisor gave me the wrong key, I have to go back to the warehouse" to which I replied, well then what are you doing?

Why are you in my car? I dont understand. He repeated I have the wrong key. I said where is the key. He walked to the van and got a key and said see this looks lime your key right? But its for a different model. I again asked ok then what exactly are you doing? Why are you in my car if you are unable to program the key? He began to leave and aaid he would return after he went to the warehouse to get a key.

I asked how long- he replied an hour. I took a pic of his license plate before he drove off. I waited 90 min before calling for an update- he answered and said "we decided not to help you because you took a picture" and hung up on me. He didnt answer subsequent calls. I called the main number seeking an ecplaination to which I was told someone would return my call.

That never happened. I called 4 separate times that day and spoke with several people who all a ted shocked and were going to "call me back" So this whole scam wasted about 4 hours of my day and still makes no sense. I have surveillance of the creep and his license.

Wow! Fast and efficient! I can't believe they came out late on a Saturday to help get my front door open. To make a long story short, the new key I had made at a local hardware store hadn't been keyed correctly. Anyway, I had no hopes of getting in until I called United Locksmith, who came to the rescue! My dogs (who were locked inside and needed to be fed) and I are so grateful! If you need a locksmith, your search is over... United Locksmith is the BEST locksmith in town! Should I ever need a locksmith again, I will definitely use them again!

We needed help to rekey about 5 locks in our new house, so we looked up United Locksmith and gave them a call. The locksmith they sent out was quick to respond, showed up when he said he would and had the job done quickly. Their price was also exactly what I was quoted and I would use them again in the future!

I have a wooden gate as my side door, with a latch lock, and I wanted to get it replaced and put a more secure keypad lock on it. I called a few places that couldn’t get it done, but then I called these guys and they were patient enough to assess the issue and help me get the keypad lock installed. The technician that they sent out showed up with all the necessary tools for the lock installation and the equipment was installed beautifully, I had no complaints at all!

We live in a modern home, so the aesthetics is very important to us: almost as important as the actual function and safety of the lock and gate! So we were really glad that they successfully installed this for us.

The communication from the locksmith technician one when he was arriving, what he was working on and what I needed to fix my front door locks was excellent. My door lock was broken and I needed to have it replaced. I would highly recommend their services! They were very affordable and reliable, and prompt as well. I don’t think you will regret having them handle any lock issues you might have.
