We called them a couple of weeks ago to change 3 malfunctioning locks in our office and the job they did truly blew us away. Tech was incredibly professional & efficient and did an incredibly exceptional job. Such an easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend these folks to everyone looking for a trusted locksmith company.

Gave them a call to see if they could get me into my home. They ended up calling me 3 hours later. I said never mind since I had someone do it already. The driver cussed me out for no apparent reason. So I am disappointed in that.

They arrived and changed out 2 locks in my business in literally no time. Easy scheduling, great communication, excellent customer service and quality results. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

Returned to my apartment at 11:00 pm after a party and found that the keys fell off of somewhere, and I was locked out. Explored the internet and contacted a few companies claiming to be 24/7. However, most of them were non-responsive. Luckily, this was the last company I had to call as they got me back in 5 mins and their technician was here within the next half hour.

It took him only 10 mins to create a replacement key for me. Price seemed incredibly reasonable considering it was an emergency call. If I ever need the assistance of a locksmith again, I won't call anyone else.

I can't say enough for this locksmith company. They were at my home within two hours after I contacted them and rekeyed 6 locks in less than 30 mins. The work was neat and clean and price was super reasonable. They get the highest possible recommendation I can give.

Do not do any business with them. They changed my locks a year ago paid $900 i was told they are special locks and need to have a card in order for me to make duplicates. I called the number he gave me and the number is for 24/7 locksmith and they don't have any order for me in the system. I found a different place to get my key duplicated but they can't because the guy gave me a wrong card. He was a scam.

This company is so great & reliable. Got me scheduled the same day and came out to replace all the old-fashioned lever handle locks in my newly-purchased home with high security deadbolts. Techs were incredibly professional and thorough and did an efficient and tidy job. Price was consistent with the estimate I received. My new locks look and work great! Couldn't have asked for anything better. I give them my highest recommendation.

NOT ASAP LOCKSMITH! This is another company now called 24 Hour locksmith. I work in Property Management and had issues with ASAP Locksmith for overbilling my community back in July 2021. They charged us for 6 premium door closers but installed 4 cheaper door springs instead as the premium ones would not fit on the doors we had, yet they still charged me for the 6 premium closers.

I was trying to resolve this issue amicably, but all of the numbers I have for ASAP have been transferred over to 24 hour locksmith. I called every number listed and had issues with everyone who answered the phone, who all claimed to be 24 hour locksmith. I asked to speak to someone on the ASAP billing team and they all made me feel dumb because they kept telling me I had the wrong number and they didn't know what I was taking about.

I told them their phone numbers are all on the ASAP website and on google and they told me I was misinformed and had the wrong number. How could I have the wrong number if it's on the invoice? I don't know if they sold to 24 Hour locksmith but I will not use this company because it feels like something shady is happening there. I would stay away from this company.

Got locked out of my apartment at 2:00am after leaving my keys in an uber. They were at my place within 20 minutes, and the guy that came was super friendly. He spent a good amount of time picking the lock, and said he'd do anything he could to avoid drilling the lock. It took a little while because my lock is very old, but he was able to get in! I think it was about $170. I'm not sure what the going rate for a locksmith is but I think that's fair for him to drive 20 minutes at 2:00 in the morning.

Couldn't find the key to the file cabinet And one of my friends recommended them to me He came on a Saturday on time and didn't charge me an extra charge to open the old file cabinet

Locked my keys out my house so I called ASAP locksmith because of the good reviews. The receptionist told me it would be 25 minutes before they arrived. I told her that was fine but I will continue to try to open myself until he arrived. Sure enough 5 minutes later I was able to open door and immediately called to cancel the driver. She asked me if I was still willing to pay $25 since she did dispatch the driver and I asked her why would I pay for a service that wasn't performed, she said F**k you and hung up. Very professional. Just want everyone to know what type of people your dealing with before you call them.

So update.the car is now at a dealer as according to dealer the person from this company that tired to make a car upset the whole system. This man asked for $69 for his time over a week ago and apparently that money would go towards the completion of the product. This man was paid via Venmo, which I know sounds shady AF but we just wanted a key. The man came the next day and could not, make a key.

We are at the dealer and this ASAP wont give the $$ back. I am sorry if you say yes we work in Audi's and then you cant, you dont get paid. Now they are hanging up on us which is so unprofessional and we are getting an attorney. So glad all calls were on speaker phone. This is a horrible company.

Exceptional service. I needed to replace the locks on 2 sets of commercial retail doors and have new keys made for my employees. I had a total of 5 entrances to my business that needed some attention. I emailed and a friendly and knowledgeable locksmith came the next morning. He took note of what needed serviced and gave a very reasonable quote for all that I requested. He performed the service that same day. I now understand why my management company referred ASAP Locksmith. A great experience!

I found this business on Google search and they responded immediately over the phone and scheduled a repair time within the hour during the day. Nathan the technician was professional, punctual, and friendly. He gave me advise about my furniture which was very helpful. I recommend this company.

I'm not sure if they have done a good job or not but what I do find upsetting is that they never bothered to get back to us. I was charged $600 which seems a bit much. It seemed to have been a complicated case and the locksmith had to add metal plates on the door. I asked him if we would be able to paint them so they match the color of the door and he said yes.

I tried priming and painting it but the paint would peel of easily. We asked the locksmith for advice (and if the metal plates were really necessary since they make our door look a but rugged) multiple times and he never got back to us. If he only bothered to reply or even better come by and quickly check out the work of his locksmiths, we would have nothing to complain about.

ASAP Locksmith came to change my locks and I was charged $600! This seems like a lot of money for what was done. I reached out to the company several times but no one cared to fix this issue. Also, the guy installed metal plate (we did not request or want this), however, we told him we wanted black if he had to do it to match doors and he just installed metal and said we could just paint it black.

We tried and that did not even work. I am disappointed by this outcome. NOT ONLY was I charged a lot of money but now I am left with something that I need to fix and pay more money for! So disappointed and will not use this company again. Locksmith was quick to come and change our locks but not at fixing their mistakes :( Please advise. Invoice is below and photos. Thank you. Linn

SCAM SCAM SCAM! beware! they quted me $60 and charged me $230 thats with "discounts". Asked me to write a review immediately before giving me the outrageous invoice and then when he gave me the invoice, said cash only! Then I said I don't have cash, offered to drive me to an atm nearby. with a random dude at 2:30am? Wtf?! Then I said I lost my atm card so I can't get cash then he said oh ok we can take credit card. The guy said my lock is the "most" secured lock. liar. its a basic lock! Literally took him 5 mins to get it open. DO NOT USE THEM.

I was locked out of my apartment with my toddler and newborn. Such a frustrating end to an already overwhelming day. Called this locksmith and they came pretty quick. They got me into my apartment in no time! Great service, amazing staff. Definitely will be using their services in the future should this happen again. Thanks again.

First of all who's open on memorial day weekend? This company is! We called several locksmith and they were all closed. We are from out of town and we were staying at a hotel close by to the beach, we lost the car key to our rental car somewhere in the sand we locked around for almost an hour and nothing. We gave up and called these guys hoping it was even possible to make a key for a rental car.

Who would've known you could? Janelle the receptionist was very knowledgeable and polite. She stated the technician would arrive in less than 15 minutes. As soon as we hung up the technician gave us a call to confirm the service and said he would be there shortly. He arrived with in 8 minutes just like Janelle said he would. It took him less than 2 minutes to make a key.

Before we knew it we were on our way back to the hotel. Thank you for rescuing us! When I visit California again I will definitely contact you guys if I need your emergency services
