Called otw to Roanoke. Got there, they had my parts waiting, programmed and installed fob, and was ready to go in less than 15 minutes from time I arrived. Very friendly, fast, & efficient service. Not to mention half the price of what most dealerships quoted. Highly recommend!

B&D Lock Co was very fast and professional. They didn't have the car key we needed in stock, but they were able to order it and get it the next day and get everything working for me. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future!

Key broke. I had to get a new key to start the car, I took all the parts I had to B& D. They made me a key. I had to bring car in so they could make me two keys that open doors too. They were so helpful. I would have had to get car towed if it didn't work. Thank you for the help!

B&D has been around for quite a while. I've seen them grow and build their new building. However, yesterday was my actual first visit. Despite appearing super busy, I was helped right away and did not need to wait long at all! While working on my key, their machine actually broke the key I brought in and they replaced it on the spot with no extra charge - I was relieved.

The building is super nice inside. I was really impressed overall by the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the shop, and the hospitality of the staff. People were working, running in and out to help people in the parking lot, assisting other customers, but I still felt like prompt attention was given to me and I was helped in a quick and respectful manner.

I was super impressed by my visit and hope to do business with B&D in the future. They were able to cut my blank key using a code from the dealership (did not have the original). After getting it cut, I was able to program the Immobilizer and remote with no problems! Everything worked smoothly and perfectly. My father was a locksmith for many years and B&D represents everything he could have hoped to achieve. Really great job, guys.

I 've got to say this has been one of the best experiences I've had with customer service and professionalism in a long time. Long story short, I lost the keys to my moped and thought I was out of luck, but luckily a shop owner told me about this business and they were able to help me out and save me a lot of stress. The communication was great, the work was fantastic and B&D were able to make me a new set of keys. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs keys.

Went here to get a car key that I purchased online cut. Other locksmiths were unable to cut the key because it was part of a switchblade fob. These guys were pros and took the time to disassemble it, cut the key, and reassemble it. They were the only ones willing to do that. Highly recommend them!

Very impressive shop. There's something wrong if you can't find your locksmithing needs here. The staff was very professional, courteous and quick. I came in to get 2 copies of my motorcycle key and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This is the biggest locksmith place I've ever been too and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I drove an hour to get here and it was worth it.
