I needed a replacement key for my son's electric dirt bike after he lost one of the originals at a friend's house. The key was very unique and I went to Lowe's, Ace and another locksmith shop in an effort to get a copy. All said that they could not copy the key. I sent a picture of the key to someone at Brass Lock and Key, and was told that I could bring it in and he would try.
After working on it for nearly 15 minutes, he gave us two working copies and refused to take any money! It was such a kind and generous gesture and I can't recommend this locksmith more highly! Wonderful people!

I've had such a great experience with Brass Lock & Key I had to leave a review. I am long distance and needed to take care of family business there in PA local to the company. With some rather open ended questions and not quite sure where to go with what I needed, they were very helpful in finding answers. Through our conversation, I learned they do much more than I thought of a traditional locksmith. Their technology is top notch as well as the professionalism, kindness and knowledge. Brass Lock and Key saved us last week when my friend, who i am in town visiting, needed to stop by her office. She realized she had left her keys at home but we had no time to drive all of the way back in traffic before her meeting. She still had to drop me off with family and we were out of time. We called Brass Lock and Key to help her get her files from the office so she would make it in time.
The friendly tech on the phone was amazing and assured us he would have someone out quickly. He really put us at ease. My friend was so worried she would not make it to her meeting on time. In CA, at my job as a manager, I deal with vendors often. Many times, they are very busy and it could be hours before my scheduled time arrives. Brass Lock And Key showed up promptly and professionally.
They handled everything calmly, knew exactly what to do, and never made us feel for a minute the job would be a problem from start to finish. My friend's office is on the 6th floor of a commercial building, and she thought she would pay a lot. The price was reasonable and we were not held up at all, since the tech worked efficiently and had us on our way. Thank you, Brass Lock and Key, you are true experts! :
