2020 and 2021 have been exhausting, stressful, and downright difficult in many ways. As we have grown over the years, I have strived to maintain that human interaction between our Staff and our Customers. More and more that is proving extremely difficult and costly. As AccuLock faces the future, we are reminded that we must maintain Professional Services, and economically viable products. We are faced with decisions that will reshape our company and will change the way you interact with AccuLock. I am writing to explain a few of these new changes.

Daniel has worked with AccuLock since 2007. His tenure began in a most unusual way. Daniel actually 'moved in' with the CEO for his first 6 months. His former position was in Chicago. Dan just wasn't sure if the position with AccuLock was in his best interest, so before he would accept the position, and move his family from Chicago to Texas; he spent 6 months working with AccuLock before his position was official. After his move to Texas, Dan was tasked with promoting AccuLock repair and new lock sales divisions.
The following Repair Authorization must be included with any items sent to AccuLock, Inc. for repair. Repairs may be delayed if applicable paperwork is not received with materials. Repairs requiring Next Day Air return service must be sent to AccuLock, Inc. by UPS or FedEx with delivery guaranteed by 10:30am Eastern Time.
To say "Thank you" for supporting us with your lock repair business, we wanted to give something back. We decided to put together this Customer Loyalty Program. If you are looking to purchase one or two spare lock sets or just the half of the lock with the electronic components in it, we have those available. We offer most major brands, and models, at competitive prices. Our facility offers repair services for almost every brand of Hotel lock. We provide repairs in our facility in Texas, as well as having road crews that can come to your location to do repairs on site.
