Shoddy workmanship, unprofessional and disrespectful. Mr. Keys took advantage of a non-profit organization by their not being accountable for their inadequacies.

A man named Steve walked in while i was trying to get a new key fob. He asked a long hair employee if he knew "how to charge 2 keys for the price of 3" A SCAM! The employee was laughing and intrigued on the scam. The scam was to give them a good price, then say, "oh, it's $50 more for the programmer" Then, they did this to me! I waited 4 hours to get my key cut, then they came up with another scam and needed my drivers license and registration(Went here before with same car and never needed my license and reg.something fishy, id theft?) I left and went to a place in another town price was $150 instead of the $165++(and the extra costs they tried charging me)also, and they only took 30 minutes! Don't go here, they are running scams.

I went to them for help with a key for an older mazda with a key blank that was difficult to find. He took the time to explain my options for getting a fully functional chip key or how to use a non chipped key. I ended up going the non chipped route and he had a blank on hand that would work for me. I recommend Mr keys.

They continue to attempt to help me get 2 copies of a shed key which seems to have proven quite difficult.

Great place and it's amazing how they can make any copies for any key's. Including also for cars keys. I need a copy for a pad lock (Master) they are the only place near me that can make that kind of copy.

Got them through AAA. The day before new years, I called with a lost fob and keys to my car. they didint have it in stock, and told me they would order it if I gave a $180 deposit, which I did. Of course, after New Years, the fob didn't arrive. Waited 7 days until wednesday. They arrived the following Thursday, just to tell me they lost their certification and could not program or cut the key! 8 days waiting just to get no service. Wow. Wasted over a week of my life. They gave me the fob and told me to call someone else. 2 stars only because they left me the fob to try and get a certified locksmith.

I had an extremely hard time finding a specific key for an old Honda Motorcycle I have. I even called several dealers and went to 8 different locksmiths with no success. I called earlier in the week, they gave me a time to come in and were excellent! I highly recommend this business!

I was very impressed. I needed a key for A JDM Honda that only came with one. I went to 2 different dealers to try to get a copy, and neither could help me. I went in and in literally 15 seconds he was cutting the new key. Then, I was able to get a GM chip key for a 95 Corvette that I thought was a dealer item, I was out of there with both keys in 5 minutes. No BS! Both keys worked on the first try.

I brought my recently purchased 2009 Toyota Yaris in because I couldn't get the hatch door opened and thought I needed a special key. made. In actuality, the lock was frozen from years of unuse and collected dirt and grime. The men at Mr. Keys were all so helpful. They spent a very long time trying to get the lcck to work. Ultimately I'm going to have to purchase a new lock but the service that I received from this company was unbelievable.

They were persistent in trying to find a fix, pleasant and friendly the entire time and all in all perfect gentlemen. This is the best customer service I've experienced in years! Thank you Mr. Keys!

This key shop I found was classic! I brought him two car keys that needed to be cut from my old keys and did it fast and right. The owner had these old key chains from the 80's. Want a brand new key chain for a Mercury Topaz or a Buick Electra? He's got it. He had this ancient Mitsubishi Mirage key chain for $3.50 I figured why not? Close enough to my Lancer. $4 to cut both blades and cut me an emergency spare to get into the car. He has a bunch of safes and many types of locks and door handles too. He is the key master.

My daughter and son in law bought a new house. 6 door locks and deadbolts, pervious homeowner provided only 2 keys to 1 lock. All 6 were rekeyed alike while I waited, at a price far better than replacing the original locks and deadbolts.
