Advanced County Locksmiths

I could not wait to write this review of Advanced County Locksmiths. This place is first class and Ivan sets the gold standard for it. It's worth driving an hour to them for their services. Very difficult to compete with them for service, price, information and a smile instead of a gtfooh attitude.

This is by far the best lock smith company.they are a AAA vendor as well so you get a discount. These brothers know their craft and are the best.they have 33 years in the business and it shows.thankx for all your help.

Walked in, asked to replicate keys for my car (1991), made them and I was out in under 10 minutes, and the craftsmanship was great, I don't have to fiddle with the keys in the car lock.

Talk about your friendly neighborhood locksmiths! I was having car trouble and Ivan (one of the locksmiths) was driving by, saw me struggling and stopped to help! He jumped my car and walked me through all the questions I should be asking my mechanic. I would highly recommend Advanced County Locksmiths - helpful, friendly, and genuinely LOCAL!

Calling in to request a locksmith was easy. Andrew came out right away, and got straight to work. He was fantastic and even recommended a few things here and there to make sure our new locks lasted a long time

Ivan and Chris were Godsent! They were extremely patient and took the time to assist us in getting a car key made after losing our only copy. They were able to verify our information fast and stayed in constant contact with us regarding the process and any extra information needed. I highly recommend them and would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you again!

Great service they rekeyed a lock for me very quickly and the gentleman who did it was very polite and helpful. Pricing to rekey the lock was very affordable compared to other locksmiths. Highly recommend

Ivan came to our house and installed our new door handle set and lock and we are very happy with the work that he did. Very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend them.

Had to leave my car in a parking lot over night because it wouldn't start. Went back the next morning to try again. Was ready to call a tow truck when a Union County Locksmith truck pulled up and the driver offered to help! He got the car started and I was able to drive it to my mechanic. I needed to get a spare chip key for a 2003 PT Cruiser. Not an emergency, but I had some time on a Sunday morning to resolve the situation so I called a couple of locksmiths. The few I called seemed a little shady, and then I called Ivan at Advanced. Great decision. Ivan opened his shop on a Sunday morning within a hour of me calling. Not only did he make and program the key for a reasonable price but he gave me a few tips that I definitely will follow. If you need a locksmith then definitely this is the place to go!

On time service no long waits, I needed a Motorcycle key made for my Suzuki and they made it to fit just right, definitely less expensive than the dealership. Definitely would recommend.

I was so pleased with the service they provided me. I needed to have the fob for my car programmed. The first locksmith I called was charging over $100. When I called Advanced County, I was told the fee would be $7.50 because of my AAA plan. They scheduled an appointment, gave me good directions for parking on my arrival. There really are no words to how thankful I am for this company. I was locked out of my apartment for over 24 hours (which should never happen to a tenant when you pay for these services in your rent) and when I called this company they were ready to see me and were very helpful in trying to accommodate. I was able to get the issue resolved but even before I finally got a hold of one of my Supers (who apparently do not work on the weekends or for emergencies) they called me to make sure I was okay, and if I still needed help.

They deserve more than five stars because of their impeccable customer service. Thank you for being caring and for worrying about a potential customer. The service and care I received speaks volumes of how great of a company this is and their dedication to do great work.

Just was able to be let into my apt by the nicest gentleman. The service was quick and very professional. Made sure that my lock still work with my keys. Made sure I had a receipt for my records. Highly recommend this company! Will be seeing g them in person for other needs as well.

My husband and I just had the worst experience with this business! We were left speechless, really. We bought a new home in January and needed new locks installed. My husband reached out to this business because of the great reviews, but were sadly misled. And to think This is apparently a family business! When we visited the establishment, Ivan. greeted us and showed us around the store.

He showed us what seemed to be "quality" locks. We were told that if we purchased from them we would have a long term warranty with the locks in case anything happened to them. Well, $510.00 later, after install, the doorknobs became loose and shortly after that our front door locks jammed to the point we.

These folks did a great job. Very professional. Very friendly! As an added surprise, my AAA Plus membership meant I was able to get a new "intelligent key" for my Nissan cut and programmed to my vehicle with ZERO $ out of pocket. They made the entire process seamless! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend these folks and will go to them again in the event I need such services. It'll be an easy decision for me!

Friendly, reliable family owned business with excellent customer service and reasonable charges! Had keys made for our 2006 Lexus Rx400H and all the buttons were programmed correctly. No issues and got the job done! Thats all you want and you got peace of mind. Cant go wrong with them!
