I highly recommend this company. They were really helpful and knowledgeable. For me thier was news at at all to take my vehicle to the dealership to solve my car key issues. As we all know dealerships like to overcharge. Everything that needed to be done on my car and everything I needed for my car was available at the store that for me was a huge relief.

After a hectic crazy day I locked my office door with the keys inside, I called Anytime Lock & Safe and they had their driver out to me within 2 hours on a Friday during commuter hours! Their tech was very pleasant, professional and more than helpful, after getting my door open he even made sure it worked right, and charged a fair price. Thank you, and if I I ever need help again I know who to call, but hopefully I won't make this mistake again!

Very good service. I walked in with blank key fobs for my car that o bought online. They were able to program them and cut the emergency keys while I got a haircut. Cost was way less than going to the dealer and I didn't have to wait a month to get a dealer appointment. They also changed the battery in my current key fob. Convenient and less expensive!

Broke my novelty key in the house lock. Anytime was responsive to my call, arrived in the promised window and within 20 minutes I was back inside with a new key! (A real, stronger key this time.)

Wow! I called to make an appointment to have a door rekeyed. I thought it would be a few days, instead it was hours. And it was nowhere near as expensive as I thought it would be. The person was professional, and was done in about 1/2 hour. Great job!

Excellent service and excellent prices. Andrew and his staff really care about locksmithing. He walked me through a difficult task of getting spare keys made for a VW car which can be very tricky and cost over $300 per key from the dealer. He likes to share info and I appreciate learning the trade a little bit. Long story short he did custom work and cloned a pair of keys successfully twice and charged me less than i expected. I know where I'm going anytime I need help in the future.

I passed this place all the time and thought it was always closed, but now I see it's always open, so I stopped by to copy my house key. They were quick, efficient, and the new owner Andrew was very knowledgeable. He says now that he owns it, he has more technicians in the area if I am ever locked out of my car. Quick service, good talk.

Awesome! Our truck needed new keys and key fob reprogrammed and it did not go smoothly. They spent over an hour with us trying to figure it all out and after trying pretty much everything, it almost all worked out. We still have one key fob that won't program, but not b/c a lack of effort, but more of a messed up car computer. We will be going back for our future key / programming needs!

I completely can't recommend this company enough! I accidentally locked my 2 year old in the car today in Silverdale. Cassandra immediately came to my rescue and once she arrived had the car opened in less than 30 seconds. The relief I felt was enormous and she went out of her way to make sure this was a happy ending! Please consider utilizing this business. Thank you again!

A simple rekeying. I dropped off the lock and a new key on Wednesday. They said it would be done by Friday. Well here it is Wednesday the following week and they say maybe tomorrow. I should have just done it myself. It is that easy. Next time I will.

This place is the best lock and key place around. I love supporting small local businesses and this is one of my favorites. I used to get my keys copied at Walmart or a hardware store but after multiple trips because the keys didn't work, I don't bother saving a dollar or two for all of the time and energy that costs me. I have had these guys re-key different locks, copy keys, you name it, they are the best. If you're particular about your keys fitting smoothly and correctly every time, don't bother going anywhere else.

I was so impressed by time that that Cassie and Matt spent in getting me back into my house. Cassie was 'hell bent' on trying to get the door open but she knew when she need a second opinion, so she contacted Matt. Matt successfully got me in with tools didn't have on hand. All I can say is that they are an excellent team committed to great customer service. Thank you for your professional assistance.

So these guys have a zillion things going on at once: phone calls from restaurants who need urgent re keying, people who need keys delivered in a tight window, crazy programmable key questions, you name it. Through all of that they are focused, friendly, cost effective, and they know their stuff. We are lucky to have businesses that have the service and quality like they do. Wow! Matt and Mike are absolutely awesome professionals. I had lost the key to the container holding the spare tire on my Mercedes G-55 SUV. It had not been opened in more than 10 years. It was corroded and rusted shut. Matt was able to remove it from the car, and after more than an hour of working on the lock cylinder (which he completely rebuilt) he made new keys. Perfect! You cannot do better.

Called because the old lock on the door would not open. Tech spent time on it, then tried other doors and finally opened the garage door! Success! He was patient and professional.

Harry at Anytime Lock and Safe saved me hundreds of dollars! All of my VW keys were stolen. Harry came to my home and took my car door handle to his shop. 1 1/2 to 2 hours later, I had keys. I was delighted! I am delighted! This is the shop I will use now, and forever! BTW, VW estimated $600.00. Anytime L & S was less than $30.00!

I just have to say that Harry was such a pleasure to work with. I needed a new key for my 2010 Ford Escape and he was able to create a working key in under 20 minutes. There was a steady stream of customers in, and he treated each person warmly. I would highly recommend him.

I broke the dead bolt lock to the front door. My husband removed it and I took it in to Anytime. At first I was not very optimistic that I was going to have a fix without going to a big box store and spend $100+ for a new lock. Harry in the shop took the time to check part numbers on the Internet and call a couple out of town hardware stores. But he just happened to have the parts in a box on the floor. Had him make me a couple extra keys, my deadbolt & out the door for under $20. THANKS HARRY!

I work in North Mason and we needed a locksmith to come out to our office to change the office door lock. The locksmith I called out here was rude on the phone, and acted like I was inconveniencing him. So glad I did a Google search and found Anytime Lock & Safe. The locksmith, Harry, was very professional and kind of the phone. I didn't know for sure if we needed the lock changed completely or re-keyed.

He was very patient and thorough in answering my questions. He came out the following Wednesday and re-keyed the door. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a good reliable locksmith!

I met a bearded super hero today. Today, I let my two year old play with my keys while I put him in his car seat. Our car has a setting where if the keys are in the car, you can push a button on the handle and the door opens, you know, in case your keys get locked in the car. In the same second that I shut his door, he pushed a button on the keys and somehow locked all the doors.

I could not get in, the doors would not open. I called my step dad, who immediately called AAA and came down the street to where I was. AAA couldn't get anyone to us for another half hour, so I called 911 and my step dad made another call to a locksmith. They said they couldnt get there for another 30 minutes. We did not have 30 minutes. Someone walking by told him to call Anytime, so he did.

The EMTs arrived and checked my son's respirations through the window. They said that he was not in immediate danger so we should wait for the locksmith instead of breaking the window. Matt got to us within 5 minutes of my stepdad calling. He got straight to work and had the door unlocked within a few minutes. I pulled my son out and was hugging him and crying.

My step dad asked about the charge and his response was "No charge, have a good weekend." He left before I had a chance to really thank him. Thank you for getting to us so quickly. You took our need seriously unlike the two other locksmiths my dad called. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I appreciate your actions today more than I can say.

I am both highly critical and highly appreciative of service. I've never been moved to write a Yelp review until now. I needed a replacement for my worn 2003 Saturn Vue key. Knowing I needed it tonight (despite the fact it kept him well past his off time) Matt went well above and beyond, troubleshooting a number of challenges. In the course of reassembling the back hatch undercarriage, he even fixed a rattle that had been annoying for a very long time.

All done with complete grace, good humor and can-do spirit. Oh yes, and a very reasonable price, particularly given the time and attention. It was a task I had put off much too long. I won't hesitate to call on Matt and Any Time Lock and Key the next time I need help. And no, I'm not a shill. Totally outstanding experience
