Whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs. I had work done in February. It was emergency work, and they didn't come until the next day. I had to stay home from work because they couldn't handle the emergency business. If they can't handle the work, then they shouldn't offer the services. Essentially, the same lock issue happened again, and when I called the service.twice, not once.
I didn't receive a response at all. Not only is their service awful, the quality of the work is lacking as well. Save yourself some time, aggravation, and money, and go with another company!

Don't go here! The absolute worst customer service ever. There were only 2 other customers in the store on this day. So I decided to wait, and wait and wait. 20 minutes went by and the 2 employees didn't even acknowledge I had been waiting a very long time. I don't know how long the 2 other customers had been there before me but could tell they were getting frustrated.
The phone rang, so the employee stars chatting with the person on the phone and not dealing with the customers in the store. Finally one of the other customers leaves and unbelievably the employee goes in the other room! I got up and left! Terrible service
