When i was walking my friend out to her car, i made the dumbest mistake of locking myself out of two high security doors in my apartment complex with nothing but my socks and half of a coconut. It was raining very hard. The man who helped me was a lifesaver.

Roi came out on a Sunday afternoon. Was only a 20 minute wait. His work freeing up our door lock and installing new hardware was professional and efficient. I will definitely be using Cheetah's locksmith services in the future, and will recommend to friends and family.

It was 11:30pm when my guest got locked out from his bedroom with his son. I called about 15+ Emergency lock smith companies with Zero luck, they either didn't answer my calls or were not available to help me opening the door until the next morning even though they advertise 24/7 service. My last call was to Cheetah Locksmith. Wishing 1 hr, service tech Roi arrived as he promised and unlocked the bedroom door in less than a minute.

I cannot thank him enough. This company got 100 stars from me for accuracy, fast service, polite communication and secure payment transaction. I have been using Cheetah 24/7 Locksmith for years for commercial and residential locks. The owner is golden. Very prompt, professional, courteous. Response time is instant. No surcharges, no headaches, no problems, no excuses. And all of this for a more than reasonable price. Once you find people like that, you do not go shopping for cheaper and you definitely not going to get something better. I think you got the point.

I called and set a time with Roi and even though he was a little late he communicated and kept me posted on his ETA. He was very kind and swift with his work and he gave me a few tips about my deadbolt. He changed my locks and doorknob on my back door for a better price than I thought and gave two sets of keys all in about 10minutes! Great service!

Roi was quick and professional. My battery died and I couldn't unlock my doors. He got me in my car, gave me a jump and fixed my driver side door. All within 10 minutes. It's pricey, but what could I do. Service: Car lockouts

Fast, prompt, reasonable and friendly service. I'm very please with my experience with this company and the tech. My lock color isn't a regular stock and I was interested in changing it. So the tech saw I wasn't for happy with new lock option. So he suggested re-key my lock. Happy customer!
