I have a Sentry digital safe. Recently, the final 'tone' which should open the safe after inputting my pass code became more and more dim and finally the safe refused to open. I called Bear Locksmiths after hours one evening and left a description of my problem. I received a call back from Bobby in less than 24 hours. He requested a picture of the safe and digital keypad. As soon as I texted him the pictures he immediately told me what to do to open the keypad and replace the worn out battery! In less than 5 minutes, I had a working safe!! Bobby is super timely and knowledgeable. In this day and age, it's obvious to me that he firmly takes pride in his business and believes in customer service!! Thank you again...soooo much Bobby!!
