Do not contact this place, I called them a few months back to change some locks and after a month one of the lock was coming apart and when I look to see why, I notice the locksmith must have dug out too much where the old lock was.so to correct his error he used pieces of cardboard to fill the gap.not cool, plus they charged me over $1000 for the job.very unprofessional.

Their technician Yakir was SO kind and helpful! He was there promptly and helped me out in getting back into my apartment. I was incredibly anxious, but he was able to get everything resolved within ten minutes. A total saint. I can't recommend this spot highly enough!

Got locked out due to what turned out to be a deficient deadbolt. Yakir came through, assessed the situation, and handled the problem superbly. It was a difficult task, but he got the job done. And he was super nice the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I know who I'm calling next time!

The second I walked in, the guys there were very attentive. Happen to meet the owner of the place and he was very helpful with my needs. The technician Eric, came by within an hour to my apartment. He was a very friendly guy as well and finish the job in less than 10 minutes! Definitely recommend!

Eli was amazing! He was on time and answered all my questions without getting annoyed at me lol. He programmed my new key in 5 minutes! He was very polite on the phone and worked out a good deal with me.

The other day I got locked out of my apartment and tried everything to open the door, to no avail. Luckily this place happened to be right across the street, as a last resort I walked in to see if they could help. The staff was friendly and helpful. The man behind the counter, I learned is the owner, gave me a set of tools to try opening the door myself and if I couldn't he offered to send a technician. Luckily I was able to open the door myself which saved me $ and best of all they didn't charge for the tools.
