They looked at a picture of my car key and said they could program a new FOB and it should take 30 minutes. When I showed up, they spent 15-30 minutes trying to figure out how to cut the physical key in the fob (which shim to use). They had to call technical support for their machine. Meanwhile I found the info online myself after a 10 second Google search.
They asked what price they quoted me. They kept saying they are giving me a great deal and that they quote different prices for different people. A little shady in my opinion. Any ways, an hour or so waiting, they let me know they can't use their system to program the FOB and need to use Toyota's. Shouldn't they have known that when we communicated before coming in and they said they could do the work?
So they said they would need to increase the price from $100 to $250. I looked up totoya's fee, it's published right on toyotas their website and similar to the fee they have to pay to use their own system. So they were trying to increase the price significantly for no good reason, that was shady experience #2 in my opinion. They said they needed 30 minutes.
At that point I agreed to an extra $100 ($200 total). An hour later they were still tinkering. Somewhere between the 2-3 hour mark of me waiting, missing two work meetings, they gave up, and charged me. They should have been up front that their system wasnt compatible I would never have gone, wasted my time, nor money. After contacting them and complaining, they did offer me a refund. That refund never came through. I feel that they are very dishonest.

Terrible service. Technician was disorganized and unprepared on first visit. On second visit, he correctly installed only one door, the other two were not what I asked for and will need to be re-done. Only offered a $40 credit for the mistake. Quality of the work was very poor. He did not tell me until after he installed a new lock that the door frame didn't support the lock and now the lock sticks and is a disaster.
He was also late, calling every 15 minutes or so to tell me he was another 15 minutes away, making me wait over an hour extra. Complete waste of money and a very unpleasant technician to have in your home.

So I'm new to living in the northeast and did not realize that storm doors are so different than screen doors (I'm originally from the south.) So when the lock completely gave out on my storm door, making my front entrance unusable, I had assumed it would be an easy replacement. The team at Bradley was wonderful - they explained the problems with storm door locks and how essentially no two are the same.
We needed to order the exact same door/lock in order for it to fit. They were able to fix my door enough for us to get in and out while we tracked down the correct parts. They were fast and efficient. It was a little pricey just to have them come out and essentially take apart a lock but I think all locksmiths in the area a bit pricey. Regardless, I will call them again if I need anything.

Impressive customer service. Hard to find businesses that show they care about their potential and returning customers. I was caught in traffic and never used this business before. They stayed open for me. It is neat, clean, organized. I arrived 2 minutes before they close and I was greeted by a friendly and professional man, Rick, that made the keys I needed. Not a big job (he knew I was only having keys made when I called him from the road ) and he stayed. I will go the extra distance to this shop for sure!

A broken door lock? My first reaction was going to Home Depot. After 10 minutes trying to figure which one was the right fit and not getting help, I decided to go to a local, well rated locksmith. A true specialist, knowledgeable, providing you with the right advice and delivering the part I needed for a total amount of $22. keep up with the great work guys, a pleasure to spend money here.

I have used Jack at WT Bradley for 7 years now after hit-and-miss experiences with other locksmiths/key copying places. He has installed new locks, made keys and even made good old locks where we had lost the keys work again. He is an old fashioned guy (and I mean that in the best way). Reliable, excellent work ethic, trustworthy, quality work and he stands behind his work. As long as he is in business I will not go anywhere else.

This is the only spot to get keys, update your locks and hardware and get good advice on security solutions. I've had every type of key made and bought dozens of locks from them and I've never had anything but excellent results. I won't go anywhere else and neither should you. They do the chip keys for cars, every other type of key and deal with every type of lock solution. Trust them and they won't let you down.
