I was petrified to figure out that I've lost my car keys somewhere. I called my husband first and after a few jokes that I would need to buy a new car now, he called here. The locksmith who came to open my car and make me a new key was very polite, he told me that making new car keys is 90% of his job, so I don't think that I'm a mess anymore. I was in a panic v because I couldn't get into my garage to get my car for a doctors appointment. I called Sure Lock and Key and they sent me a wonderful sweet and friendly young man who was raring to go as he knew I was in a rush. He see my door handles which is very atypical and because it's imported many locksmiths over the years just could not figure out how to service them.

He is obviously so knowledgeable that he figured it out in about five minutes and Wala he fix the door perfectly. I've never seen any person at all the workers that have come to do my house in my renovation, be so quick and efficient and neat and that is something that I look for when I hire somebody. There's nobody I would ever use again so I'm hoping that he never leaves because if you ever want somebody Jake is the person to get it. Thank you, Jake for making sure I made my appointment.

I was truly terrified when I found out that my car stayed locked whatever I did. I wanted to break the window, but decided to call a locksmith. The technician came quickly, I asked for immediate help. Can't say what he did, but after all the car got opened. Thanks for helping me out!

I got locked out of my condo and had to call an emergency locksmith. Daniel, the locksmith from Sure Lock and Key, came in about 15 minutes and had the door open in two. The price was very reasonable. While he was here I realized how long it had been since the door locks had been changed and how shabby they looked. He changed both very quickly and efficiently--and charged a great price. He was also very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company.

This made my day. Got locked out of a rental car with my work bag locked in the trunk, including a computer on a 20 degree day. They came within 30 minutes and unlocked the trunk with five minutes even though the rental agency told me they wouldn't be able to open it. Would use for all of my locks!

These guys were amazing! They came out at night to change my locks. They were professional and prompt. Then they came out the following day to install cameras in my grooming shop and they explained everything in detail about what they were doing, and they taught me how to access the cameras when they were done. I highly recommend them. Fantastic!!

Lost my keys to my house and contacted them they were very prompt. Locksmith showed his identification and license. He made every attempt to pick lock first and not drill, damaging the lock. We’re in the warm house in minutes with no damage.

Jake was great! I called them to rekey/replace my locks after a break in and he convinced my landlord to replace the lock entirely with a better model. He was great at explaining the differences between lock types and models and why you should get a better one. They also came within 30-45 minutes of my call.

Tried to get an extra key for my 2010 Honda. Apparently that’s a tricky thing to do because the first place I tried couldn’t do it. Went to their office in New Haven and they were able to get it done. They had a magic box to program my car to listen to the new key. Hooray for these guys!
