They make motorcycle keys. They might not be able to make motorcycle every key but after calling four other locksmiths with no luck. They said Yes we can make a copy. The copies I had made all worked perfectly. Thank you to Dedge's and the staff who helped me both on the phone and in their shop. Service was quick and prices fair.

They are very friendly & helpful staff. They do all types of locks. I have never heard the word no we cant do that. They can do anything nearly. They cut from my laser key into another laser cut key for me. All they need is the type of vechicle. I think they do after call hours job as well. They have a good reputation and good customer service. I will not shop anywere else for keys. They get all my bussiness. An highley reccomended house office or vech or in between.

Friendly fast and helpful, they answered all my questions about rekeying a lock and cut my own blank that i brought in, big stores won't do that anymore so they can make a buck off selling you their keys. Support local, these guys are great.

It's worth going just to see the wall of keys I mean it's ridiculous imagine a wall 10 ft by 25 just solid keys, like the wall is tiled in keys. It's pretty crazy I've had then make a ton of keys for me they always do a good job quick professional efficient friendly guys just a good spot Alpha off of 103rd is pretty good too whichever one you're closer to both real good

Had a front door lock set and french door leverset that needed attention. Jim came out and did a FANTASTIC job in fixing both. Even showed us the part to order for one and my husband can put it on. Jim has been in the locksmith business for over 40 years and really knows his stuff - plus very wonderful to work with. This company is FIVE stars and the largest in Jacksonville, FL now that Piner's has closed. Reasonable and worth every penny.

Absolutely the best lock shop in Jax and won't call anyone else. These guys can handle any security needs you would ever need. Highly recommend!

In September 2020, my nonprofit had six doors re-keyed across three buildings. Within six months, two were non-operable, and two others were still operable, but shoddily done (loose, wobbly, and sticking lock mechanisms - not talking about the doors themselves or their hinges). We were still within the original warranty when we called Dedge's about fixing the first one that broke.

They replaced it but charged us for it, and subsequently rectified that charge. I am awarding two stars because the customer service was excellent when I explained the situation, and they voided the service charge for the repair. After the second lock broke, we gave up and switched to a new company. I am subtracting stars for the overall experience and quality. As much as we would like to support local, we unfortunately did not have a great experience with the quality of work.

I just found them online and went to have several keys cut. Fast and easy. Keys worked great. I am glad to find them.

Bought an updated version of a 08 Honda key fob off Amazon. I replaced the chip myself, they cut the key, a flip type. Great work by the gentleman, he did a great job. The key works great. Would let these professionals handle any lock related needs. Great customer service.
