Born and raised in Jacksonville Florida, graduated from Englewood High School School in 1985. I have spent my entire career in Jacksonville starting in the summer of 1985 when i went to work for my uncle at A-1 Discount Lock n Key. In 1990 I went to school at Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts where I earned an AA Degree in Video and Film Production and Recording Engineering. In 1993 I went to work for A Lock & Security where I worked for 7 years before partnering and starting my first business Absolute Security Lock Safe & Key. In may of 2008 I left the partnership and my wife and I started 1st Florida Lock Service where I am currently still practicing my trade.

My company has worked with First Florida Lock for 12+ years. We have always had very timely service, guaranteed satisfaction, and extremely professional service. In the past we've been known to throw a few curve balls their way and no problem has gone unsolved. They have preformed everything from copying keys to installing slam doors. I can't remember a time that I have ever heard, "I'm sorry, we can't do that". 9 times out of 10 everything we needed to have completed they were able to do onsite from their company vehicle. I would highly recommend First Florida Lock to anyone. Two thumbs up, 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I called several locksmiths to get estimates for new locks. All asked several questions about my current locks, doors, and gate, but Guy was the only person to say take a picture and text it to me. Once I did that, he told me where to go and what to purchase. The other locksmiths wanted me to purchase the locks from them, with a nice mark up. When I went to Lowes, I saw the business van in the parking lot.. Called Guy and he walked me over to pick out just what I needed. He showed up at the appointed time and completed the job.
