Charlotte County Safe & Lock Englewood

We purchased a house and had Charlotte County Safe and Lock change all five locks. From the first phone to the end was a great experience. Tom did great work and and didn't leave until the job was done. He was meticulous and everything works fantastic. They will do all our work from now on.

Car key was misplaced with no spare and car locked. Called and spoke with Brandon who set up appointment. Anthony showed up, had all the information and key blanks necessary, cut 2 new keys and even had to jump -start car. Great service and price. Thanks!

Anthony (& his rescued dog, Bella) came out to retrieve my keys (locked in my car) and was super nice! We needed a new battery for the key fob & he had that, too! We only waited about 30 minutes; he kept in touch while we waited. Will definitely call on them in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Charlotte County Safe and Lock. They were very professional, reliable, and did quality work. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and they are always looking to make the customer satisfied. I called them to come out and program a 2020 Ram 1500 key fob as I had lost both of my keys and couldn't drive my vehicle.

I felt so screwed. I called them up yesterday and they made an appointment to fit my sleep schedule and came out today and programmed me a new key. Now I am driving around my vehicle again and I couldn't be more satisfied. They took the time to work around my schedule and I cannot thank this company enough. I tried calling many locksmiths in Port Charlotte but they were all way too expensive or couldn't do the job due to not having the right tools. This is definitely the shop to call if you need a new key fob programmed.

These guys truly are amazing. Of course they were knowledgeable and knew exactly how to do the job, but so does everyone else. These guys are special because they choose to go the extra mile and really show great customer service. It's SO nice and refreshing to see such a personable business that also does an AMAZING job! You can truly tell it's a business run by real, genuine people just doing a GREAT job.

My boyfriend and I both work/live off a 12-hour night shift schedule which can cause issues with businesses in ALL aspects of everyday life, however Charlotte County Safe & Lock was SO helpful and even made an appointment with us early in the morning for the NEXT day. With so many other competitors being unable to do the job we needed, they succeeded gracefully AND timely!

They were VERY communicative and transparent on price, and very reasonably priced for the great work they do. All around, calling them was the best choice we could've made and were so very glad we did. I will be recommending them to ALL my friends, neighbors, and colleagues.

I somehow managed to flush the keys to my rental car down the toilet at 6pm on Sunday. I thought that would be the end to my vacation, but the very next morning at 10am, Anthony showed up with a working key, as well as hot coffee. He got us into our car as soon as possible, and even contacted AAA to ensure we got the best price after Hertz said AAA would not be able to give us a discount on a rental car. Anthony was extremely kind, and he saved our vacation

I had the best experience with Anthony from Charlotte county safe and lock. After searching frantically for my car keys all day tearing the house apart multiple times with no luck (we only had one key to our van as we just got it a few days ago) so we called safe and lock towards the end of the work day he thought he was on his last job for the day but SURPISE we really needed him and he said I'll be right there didn't even think twice!

When he got here he was so wonderful to talk to and even let me watch him work his magic! He instantly eased my mind and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! Absolutely recommend! New to the area and got locked out of my house when I went to let the dog out. I searched locksmith and this was the first to show, and I'm so glad it did! I called, left a voicemail, Anthony immediately called me back. He was heading to Venice for a job but was able to stop by me first! He was at my door in 20min, got me back inside my home within 10min.

He was so pleasant, so nice and professional to my puppy and I. I'll only call him when I need assistance from now on! You should too! Super reasonable pricing, even for it to be a Sunday. Call him for all your locksmith needs!

Got home from dinner and found out we were locked out. It was after hours but we called Charlotte County Safe and Lock. They were very nice and within 15 minutes Anthony was at our house. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Anthony and his staff are the absolute best. I had a defective center console safe in my Toyota and could not open it with a key. Anthony spent almost an hour picking the safe lock and finally opened it so I could retrieve the contents. The price for all of that labor was more than reasonable. Thank you again.

My new go-to for keys. Staff was exceptionally kind and polite. After going to 3 different Ace Hardware stores that couldn't cut my car key, this place did with ease.
