Medeco high security locks give you the ability of having a secured key. The keys are protected by a patent, and there is no unauthorized duplication of keys. Unlike standard keys, the Medeco key gives you the ability of knowing how many keys you have for a given lock. The keys can only be duplicated at Shorty Wallin Lock & Security, and will only be duplicated for the persons that you have previously authorized.

I could not get an appointment for 3 weeks. Then on the date of the appointment, scheduled at noon, I called at 1 PM to inquire when the tech was due to show up. I was told there was no time on the schedule for the appointment. He may be able to show up later that afternoon. I told them to forget it as I wasted enough time (and money as I took off work) waiting. No phone call 24 hours to confirm or even that morning when they sent out their techs. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I did business with this company yesterday, and ironically. even though things didn't work out quite as planned, I am so glad that I chose this company. Rarely have I ever had the pleasure of having such a wonderful service experience as I did yesterday. I felt like I had stepped back in time. when businesses prided themselves on superior, impeccable customer service. while providing an inviting atmosphere, as if you could be sitting at their table sharing a meal with them. This company espouses real, Christian values, and they are honest and fair.

I locked myself outside of an interior door and couldn't find a key to open it. I drove up to Shorty Wallin Lock & Security and the staff went out of their way to help me solving the problem. They were kind enough to give me a "key" and teach me how to use it. Excellent Customer Service, kindness and good manners are not out of fashion here, thank you so much!

This business was a fine outfit in previous decades. I was very disappointed when I called to do some lock work on an automobile. Initially, they quoted a price which was higher than the new car dealer was asking. Later, charged me an extra fee for services which were not rendered and they just lied about it. You will probably would do better somewhere else.

I received great service recently from Mike at Shorty Wallin Lock & Security. I had to replace my ignition switch in my 2005 Honda Accord and Mike re-keyed my door lock to fit my new ignition key in less than an hour and at an affordable price. Also, an old warn plastic piece on the cable to my door latch broke and kept me from opening door from the inside. Mike ordered new part, came to my home and replaced it in about 15 minutes at no additional charge. I highly recommend Shorty Wallin Lock & Security for all your locksmith needs. I came to Shorty Wallin this morning to have a key cut and programmed for my car. Not only were they welcoming and kind when I arrived but they had me in and out in 20mins! And since I brought my own replacement key, they saved me money on the programming fee by putting my old chip in the new key. Saved me about $60! Thank you guys for helping me today and for your exceptional service!
