Although I'd rather order from the distributor thats in my state and only 20 mins from me. I can't help but using lock masters instead. Customer service is way better. I was back and forth with IDN trying to get part information for 30 mins and was told someone would get back to me. In that time I called David from lockmasters, they picked up right away and had a quote for me in just a few minuets.
The order is on its way and I still haven't heard back from the distributor4 in my state. Also if your a locksmith looking to learn. I took their safe classes last year and they were great! instructor was great at explaining things and the class was fun.

A huge shout out to their integrity! They had a glitch with their computers, order didn't ship out when it was supposed to and they stepped up to the plate and sent my scope wand overnight to make up the difference. I took Scott Said's Electronic Safe Lock class at the ALOA convention in 2019. I had an opportunity to put to practice one of the techniques that I learned in that class and it worked perfectly. Thank You Scott. On a side note. Lockmasters support is awesome! Yesterday my wife called in a panic because I lost a part to my Helix and support helped by offering to send a replacement part. Fortunately, I found the part but was extremely impressed by their help. Locksmaters you have a customer for life. Thank you!

I went there for the Pure Auto course a few years ago. Lots of information that's necessary for the building blocks of automotive and motorcycle key generation. Recently I just purchased a Sargent 8550 Lock I needed. I checked a few distributors which either didn't have it in stock or price was too high. Lockmasters pulled through and my package arrived this morning overnight shipping as requested. This will now be my go to for safe hardware. Thank you.

I recently received a supply order which included two manuals. The UPS driver didn't deliver it to the usual protected area of my home and left the package outside during a thunderstorm. The box had water inside of it and the manuals were both seriously damaged. I contacted Lockmasters and after forwarding the pictures I took of the damage, they gladly replaced both manuals.
Their customer service is second to none and I must say that I have never had any issues with my supply orders. They will continue to be my go-to supplier for my locksmith supplies.

I purchased a LM902 system in 2013. It was stored as bought for 11 months until the new fence was installed. The openers were then installed as per the instruction manual. The unit worked well for about 2 months and then 1 gate stoped working.(Master Gate(left)) Since then I have replaced the control panel twice (on our 3rd control panel), the limit switches once.
In the last 2 months I have had to repair the part B component twice ( once when it split in half and again when the drive dogs broke off. In the last 2 days I repaired the circular magnet on the ram. These repairs have been on the same unit. I have tried to purchase part b but it seems to be OUT OF STOCK everywhere, which suggest to me it is a part which FAILS FREQUENTLY.
I have been able to keep the openers working due to my Engineering background and not because of the quality of the product. I hold an Associate Diploma in Engineering (Maintenance) and have been in the trade since I became a Tradesman in 1971. I served in the Australian Army from 1971 until 1999, during which time I served in Malaysia and Cambodia and reached the rank of Warrant Officer. At this stage I would definitely counsel against purchasing this company's product and in the end it comes down to the fact that you get what you pay for. BUYER BEWARE.
