Pete spent 20 years working with UPS, beginning his career in operations but spending the majority of his time as an Account Sales Manager. Following his years at UPS, Pete specialized in public accounting while also going back to school to earn a second degree. He holds a degree from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting.

I had a problem with 2012 Cannon Safari safe electronic lock. I ordered a new keypad from MBA but couldnt get it to work so I emailed MBA USA. I wasnt expecting a response, maybe a refund form letter. I was surpised to get a call on my cell phone from Dan Cross, who asked me alot questions and gave me email instructions to trouble shoot. I followed his clear written instructions to change the dip switches on the keypad and I was so excited when his instructions worked. I'm happy to write a great review when I feel I get great value for my money. Thank you Dan Cross and MBA USA!

Great experience with MBA USA! The 9v battery connector broke on my Securam safe lock for my Big Horn safe. Finding a replacement and ordering was easy on their website. Shipping was pretty quick and when I had a question I called and someone answered right away. I didn't have to talk to a robot for 15 minutes to get my question answered.

Broke the lock on my gun safe. I tried dealing with the 3rd party manufacture of the safe. They have ZERO customer service. You have to email them and wait for there response and are not very helpful and have an attitude. I called MBA and was connected with Phil. He answered my questions (on the phone) and was very knowledgeable of the products and safe. Emailed him a photo and called me to help me open/close safe again. Boom! Phil "DA MAN" was able to get the lock working and safe fully operational in minutes.
I am very pleased to say the least and happy as dog @#$% that the safe works again. Great job to Phil and the rest of the team at MBA. I will buy again when the time calls and tell others. Very happy customer Bob (PA)

I just installed my replacement keypad from MBA. Works great! From the time of my order to deliver to my door was about 4 days. The online order process was quick and easy. The staff (Alan) emailed me after my order with additional help incase I needed it. Top notch service for sure! (UPDATE) The key pad unfortunately did not solve my problem. The battery is still being drained.

I went online to find a digital replacement lock for my gun safe. I found a S&G digital lock that looked like it would work. I used their customer service chat and within five minutes my choice was confirmed. I was also given several other options depending on needs. Their price was much better than Amazon, even with shipping added in. I ordered the lock and three days later it is installed on my safe and working great. Thanks to good instructions, anybody with a basic set of tools can do this job. I highly recommend MBA to anyone looking for a DIY lock for a small safe.
