I spoke with a gentleman who works for this company who simply did not have the time nor tools and experience on helping me get into my vehicle of which security system was triggered.told me there's absolutely nothing I could do to fix my situation.

I love this store I was looking for a special battery once and they had it.my friend needed one for her device so u sent her there also we both had solar devices they had the right battery

I called Wayne's Friday at 4:30, and told him it wasn't emergent, but urgent to change my locks. He was here in 40 minutes to do the job and said he's regretted not doing them sooner for others in the past. He was quick, polite, professional, and the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to this little shop for years for my keys (and copies in the past). They have always been very helpful and friendly. It has been just recently that I have found out just how knowledgeable they are. We have purchased two used "key-less entry" cars in the last few years. The cars each had only one FOB. I was able to get a second FOB for a reasonable price for the first one.

Then the second one didn't even have an emergency entry key. I was able to get a replacement FOB and emergency entry keys for both FOBs. Thank you!. I highly recommend this place for all your key needs because they are the best. I especially recommend them for the difficult things that need a real expert.

Went here to have mail keys made. The gentleman behind the counter made my keys perfectly, and also noticed that the key ring on my car keys was bent. He gave me a new key ring free of charge, and told me to have a great day. Fantastic customer service, and awesome attention to detail!

I had a dealer add a tailgate lock to my Toyota Tacoma. It worked for a while, then quit. Pete (the owner) at Keys Plus actually had to fabricate a part to make it work again. He had to spend a few hours on the project and only charged $65. The lock works much smoother now and has been working fine for over a year. He and his brother Ernie were also a big help in checking measurements to get me the right parts to replace my old house door lock with a new programmable one.

One of their employees did a special grind of a worn key that had stopped working in the trunk of my car, making it just a hair wider to replace worn areas, and that's been working great for a couple of years now. They can make a programmable "chip key" for about half what the dealer charges. I go to them for all of my locksmithing needs now, haven't been disappointed.
