Needed some replacement keys made for my customers ninja 650, he was able to get it done same day. Great service, would definitely recommend.

After a tow truck driver was not able to get into our Lexus we called Awesome Lock & Key. They showed up very quickly, the price was what was quoted over the phone and it was far less than expected! I live in a very rural area so I was expecting a high cost, instead I got fast service a good price and a job well done. 10/10

Very poor customer service, and incorrect prices are quoted over the phone. The manager is VERY careful about the words he chooses to deceive been you on price. EDIT to owner response (12/3/2019): Specifically, manager De'Von stated that the price of a replacement car key would be $120 and he verbally guaranteed this, but the technician who actually made the replacement stated that "prices START" at $120, and he did not seem concerned that De'Von quoted a different price.

He became angry when he asked for even the slightest discount to make up for the fact that we had been lied to, and misquoted, by De'Von. The transaction occurred on August 12th, 2019.

I can't express enough how many times he went above & beyond to help me. Today my car wouldn't start, he came right away- even though it was not the best timing for him. He fixed my ignition for way less than the dealership price. He is honest, always answers the phone, he does good work at a good price. Highly recommend.

Aaron is awesome and provides excellent customer service. My vehicle key broke off in my ignition, I was able to get it out but didn't have anyway to start my vehicle, had no second key. Stranded and didn't know who to call, I called Aaron due to his reviews. Said he was on another job but would get to me next. He even gave me a courteous call letting me know that he was on his way. Got to love small business owners who still believe in customer service and satisfaction. He will get my business the next time I need a Locksmith.

Aaron was AWESOME! Rarely do things go so smoothly these days. Aaron arrived within a half-hour of our call and completed all our home re-keys in a timely manner. Truly awesome. Same day service, and done in under an hour! The owner was able to recreate (not copy) my lost motorcycle key. He was able to make it work for the ignition, tank, and storage compartment. I called other locksmiths in the area and besides having to take the bike to them, they all said they probably couldn't do what Awesome Lock & Key ultimately did for me.
