Absolutely amazing experience from start to end. Sid came straight to my house, and had my door unlocked in less then 30 seconds, in a terrible rain storm mind you! Sid is extremely nice, and very professional, I couldn't of asked for a better experience in a stressful situation.

Owner Sid was fabulous! I live in a condo and this is the only place we can get keys made. He is his only employee so between working in the shop, and house calls, he was generous with his time and stayed at shop until I could get there. He made me 8 keys and ALL of them worked! We love supporting small local businesses and this is one I would highly recommend.

I had called the shop at 9:30 pm just expecting to get a recording that would give me the time the open since I needed a couple keys by 1st thing in the morning. Sid answered and said he was on a call and he could go back to the shop in a half hour to make me some keys. So I met him at 10 pm to get a couple keys made - he has an old-school work ethic that is refreshing to see.

Sid to the rescue! The thumb latch on my VERY old front door handle failed and I didn't have the patience to figure out if it was fixable. Thank goodness I chose the right professional to help me out because it was beyond repair. Perfect service for a reasonable price! And Sid didn't even mind the unnecessary "supervision" two of my old dogs provided. Personal space is a meaningless phrase to them.

We hired Tampa Bay Lock and Key to change our locks for two of our business's and we couldn't be happier! They were able to get out to us quickly and were in and out in about 30 min. Sid was able to make as many copies as we needed for our staff right there. Saved me a trip to the store! Highly recommend!

Sid Rose came out to my property and reset over a dozen locks, with some being over 35 years old. We spoke in the evening the day before and he arrived on time the next morning. He was professional, clean and provided outstanding service. For any of your lock and key needs, I would refer him and his company 10 out of 10 times.
