Great Customer service. (Nothing to do with keys). If you have a problem, they are pretty resourceful in fixing it. Was in the parking lot with engine issues. Forgot to replace the oil cap when I left home and vehicle was smoking badly spewing oil all over the engine! I needed to pull over immediately! I could see where the oil cap had dropped, but it was out of reach.

I asked the woman in the key shop if she had a tool that could reach it. Without hesitation she grabbed some wire and within minutes retrieved the oil cap. I forgot her name, but she was a lifesaver. I'm a LYFT driver could not wait hours for AAA to come. Thank-you, for getting me back on the road!

Rich was fast and professional, very friendly, and competent at his job. Cathy was great at getting us scheduled same day and kept in touch to let us know when Rich would arrive. Great customer service skills on both ends.

Worst customer service ever. Went in to get a key made and the guy gave the worst service ever. And decided he didn't want to take my money or make a me a key because I told him his service should be better. Hope they provide better service to others and I will never return! The location on Armenia and Sligh in Tampa.

Richard is great! His expertise and calm demeanor are a real plus! Made new keys for an existing deadbolt (plus key copies) in just minutes. I'll definitely come back when/if needed!

I brought in a switchblade key fob that I had bought on Amazon ($15 key) for my car that was blank and needed to be laser cut. I called the shop and was told that I didn't need an appointment and that it would be $35 to cut without programming. When I arrived, I met with Richard and he was excellent! My key was done in less than 5 minutes and it worked perfectly! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to avoid overpaying at a dealership or having to pay extra for mobile only locksmiths to make these cuts!

Came last minute and they were super nice, inviting and informative while helping me cut a new key for my car as well as program it. They were extremely professional and quick. The process took about 12-15 minutes and my key works great. Not to forget to mention it was at a surprisingly affordable price. I recommend giving this place a try for all your key needs!

I called a lot of places and they were charging around 75-100 just to program one fob. I spoke with Richard on the phone and he said they would do it for 35 so I came running down to get it done. When I got there Richard was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and programmed 2 fobs for the price that places were charging for 1, actually less than because it was 70 for 2 and the cheapest else where was 75. I will definitely pass the word this is the place to go for any locksmith need.

I searched multiple locations for prices and availability to cut my vehicle flip key. Hillsborough Lock and cut had the best rates and they also provided service that was so swift and smooth that I was surprised how fast it was finished. Their prices for key cutting and programing are less than half what the dealer charges and they also beat all of the other local competitors' rates.

The service I received was extremely professional and friendly. The owner Cathy even went above and beyond to help me get my key properly positioned in a holder I provided after the key had already been cut. I will DEFINITELY be returning

We are from out of town and we needed a new key for our car since it's about to break. We came here and Jeff was super helpful and had recommendations for us even though he couldn't help us. He had no problem giving us the cheapest options and suggestions. Really nice and great customer service, will definitely recommend this place

Catherine hooked me up by programming my 2014 Nissan Leaf key. I purchased one online for $70 and brought it to her. She did the job for $65. The dealerships I called wanted to charge me $300, and the other locksmith I tried wanted $125. She did the job in a pinch and now I have a spare key just in case. Very pleased with the price, quality of work, and the service.

Very courteous and stayed open for me when I ran in last minute, right before they were supposed to close. They made a key for me that he was unsure if it would work (because of where the original was made) but told me to come back if it didn't and he would refund it. Great customer service!
