Great service, Alan went out his way to make duplicate keys they worked great. I tried 2 times before at hardware stores. They didn't work. Store very clean. Displays nice.

Huber did a great job on the new house we just moved into. Mike was on time and respected my request to text prior to ringing the doorbell so that I could secure our dog. He was quick and friendly, answering any questions that I happened to have. One of the locks to be replaced ended up having a defective cylinder, but he showed me how to get a replacement from the vendor and how to install it myself.

He also offered to return if needed to perform the installation if I was in over my head. He maintained solid social distance and wore a mask the entire time. 5/5, would definitely use again/recommend.

The true definition of a family owned business. The Huber family takes pride in what they do, cut no corners, and always deliver a quality product and their warranty isn't just some piece of paper with words on it. I ordered custom split finish Emtek handles through Huber, and when they came in, they were fully inspected by the shop before an appointment was even made to install them.

On the day of installation, they made sure every knob worked and even adjusted a door that was sticking slightly. After a week, one of the knobs fell off due to a manufacturer defect. They were there within a day to fix the defect! Great service from great people.

We had a very old lock on our front door that was literally falling apart. Sent Huber a picture and they came right out with a replacement and had us back in business really quickly. I have to mention that everyone I dealt with, both in the office and in person was extremely friendly, obviously knowledgeable and up beat. I would recommend Huber in a heartbeat and Thank You.

Quick response. I contacted them and thought they had forgotten until I cleaned my inbox and saw their response was timely. Got to the business. It was bright, clean, surrounded by safes. It left an impression that they knew what they were doing. Our business was done quickly and cleanly. I don't have anything bad to say and I try to find something any time I write a review.
