Baldino's Lock & Key

I've relied on these guys for years for cutting keys and re-keying work. Recently we were out of town and the dog walker locked themself out, so I called for emergency service. Frankie really saved the day. Excellent service, trustworthy company, excellent technician.

Someone came out the day after my call & fixed my front door latch very quickly. The representative was very knowledgeable & especially courteous & professional. Highly recommend!

The locksmith called about 1/2 an hour before she arrived. She got right to it, and completed what she could quickly. I had ordered one wrong piece, but she showed me how to do it myself, so I could save from having her back out. We have used Baldino's several times and they'll always be our go to!

It is nice working with a company that understands the needs of their customers and is thorough. The service at the site was terrific. Looking forward to doing business with them in the near future

My locksmith (Alex?) was so kind. I was running late so he came back to take on my job. He worked thoroughly yet quickly and was happy to show me another locking function of the sliding door which I would not know about.

Got my car key fob program by Dustin and it works seamlessly. The cost was much less than a nearby Toyota dealer would charge me as well as other competition locksmiths with I phone shopped around. This shop is clean and welcoming. I'll come back if I ever needed new lock or key program services; and I would definitely recommend this place. Worth mentioning: Dustin is a nice young man with a friendly demeaner, easy to talk to and he has great personally and service with a smile. Other guys in the shop seem nice too.

I had a great experience from the initial phone call to the delivery. I was purchasing a gun safe as a Christmas gift and I know nothing about safes. Katelyn was super helpful and gave me plenty of options to choose from within the budget I gave her. The delivery date was set and then an opening came up so they got me in sooner. The delivery crew was timely and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe.

Had an issue with the internal spindle of our front door handle set. We weren't sure this was a job for a locksmith, but after explaining the issue, they sent someone out the next day. Randy Skillin was great. Didn't take him very long to find and fix the issue. Many thanks! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

They get the job done. They a re reliable, but it is a terribly expensive service. I haven t compared with other locksmiths but rather how much time it takes and how many dollars I have to pay to get the job done.

My Sentry safe keypad batteries died and my son who gifted me the safe when he moved out has no clue where the keys are. I took it to the Manassas office yesterday and much to my surprise he had the safe open in less than a minute. i am so greatful.

An absolute nightmare. Use them at your own risk. I wouldn't allow them in my house again. Listening to and reporting your private conversation. Smh ***Adding the following after their reply. You failed to say that your technician listened or "heard" a private conversation between my husband and I then he went outside called your dispatcher shared the private conversation with her, came back inside, handed me "his" phone and said the dispatcher wants to talk to you.

And yes just like any other woman would do, I asked him to leave because he was not trustworthy, I did not use bad language but I was very mad about being disrespected in my own house. You did not call to ask if we could have another technician to put the 5 locks he had taken out back so we called another locksmith. Also, to be clear we were not going to dispute the "charges", we were going to give you a feedback about how to be more clear the next time a customer calls so they won't be put in the situation we were put in.

Next time be more clear and make sure the customer is aware of all the charges before the locks and cores are pulled out not after they been taken out as you can see in the pictures. ***You can go back and forth to make the customer look bad but you guys failed at your job. As you can see my husband and i have our names shared but I'm still leaving your name and your technician names out. Best of luck to you and your company, just treat customers better.

I ordered a Liberty Safe as a Christmas gift for my husband. Paid in full on December 6, 2019. I was told that delivery would be mid January. After getting the run around and no direct answers from Baldino’s I contacted the manufacturer in February. They informed me that Baldino’s never sent my order in, instead they kept my money until the end of January. Liberty didn’t receive the order or my payment until January 31st. Delivery of the safe was April 29th. As of this day, still have not received the upgrades they promised me for “my patience “.

Only key copies that have worked. Lowe's and Home Depot failed. Snake, the locksmith provided great customer service.

Baldino's Lock & Key has ripped me from the jaws of certain and imminent death on multiple occasions. I knew they were the right people for the job when I found out they teleport right to your house to unlock your door! It seems unbelievable, but it does happen. You just have to specifically ask for Mark Baldino. Keep making America great again Baldino's!!!

My parents got their home's locks entirely redone by Baldino's and have been extremely happy with the end product as well as the durability of their work. I also personally bought my first gun/rifle/pistol safe from their shop in Lorton and would highly recommend you check them out!
