Super knowledgeable people and friendly service! Joey came out multiple times to diagnose and repair my issues with some locks on my house. He is very responsive and came out the day I called to get the door opened that was locked shut with a broken deadbolt. He found the parts that were needed and came back out quickly to finish the job. Very fast, friendly and experienced people at a very reasonable price! I wish all help was this good!

Sterling service! Couldn't be more pleased. Emails were answered quickly and helpfully, my appointment for home door lock re-keying was scheduled promptly, Joey the installer tech was efficient and knowledgeable, and also was able to diagnose and fix a problem with the garage door remote as an add-on. This company deserves its good reputation and I would make them my first call when I need similar services in the future.

I was glad that they had a speedy schedule time, but when I went to meet them at the location for putting in new locks, things fell apart. I was told the person would arrive between 9-11. Totally cool, I have things to do and can take off work to do them while I wait. At 10:40 when I hadn't heard from the company I called and was told vaguely, "yeah they're coming, what's the address, what's your phone number" - still okay but with an eyebrow raised.
About 5 minutes after I hung up, I received another call from one of the employees - indicating that he would not be there for another half hour, wasn't sure what the job was because the person that "was supposed to show up at 9" had hit a snag. I asked about how long the job would take - as I needed to get back to work for an appointment that I couldn't reschedule.
This guesstimate of time put me about 1.5 hours AFTER the window of the job. At which point I wondered why they hadn't called at 9 if they knew there would be a delay, or why the person I called at 10:40 didn't indicate this to me. I appreciate things come up and its not always cut and dry. but communication is key (pun intended). I cancelled the service request and will find another company to do the work.

These guys are awesome! They came to the bar where I lost my keys and didn't stop until my car was running, even though I didn't have keys to copy. To me they went above and beyond. There customers service was crazy good and they were on top of it! I would recommend 10/10. If you have lost your keys or need a lock to be handled these are your guys!

I had a doorknob that wouldn't open. Wound up playing phone tag with another locksmith company for over a week with poor response. I reached out to Madison Locksmith, and Elad showed up within a few hours of the initial call, and had me up and running with a new, working doorknob in about 10 minutes. No complaints!
