Antion was very nice person and did solid and timely work. My 2 issues are you can only pay by cash or check and make the check out in his name not the company name. And the price he first said was astronomical! We had a basic front door knob and deadbolt replaced. What we ended up paying was acceptable and we were pleased with his work. Other than those 2 thing I would have given 5+ stars.

Made an appointment never showed up besides giving an outrageous price for the job that they were supposed to do fragile company as many locksmiths are they hook up the prices when they come to peoples homes all of them should be investigated immediately I think Google should start doing their job! My roommates and I were locked out of our apartment and needed to hire a locksmith right away. The owner Michael provided a 10/10 customer service experience by quickly responding to all of my messages and answering any questions I had. He even called to explain a few things over the phone and was very nice about it. He sent one of his guys to our apartment, and he arrived 5 minutes before our appointment today.

He got to work right away and successfully drilled, unlocked, and replaced 2 deadbolts on our door in an hour. The only thing I wish is that he had worn a mask. It was a great service overall, so I would probably hire Your Neighborhood Locksmith again. Thanks Michael and the team at YNL!

Called around 8 pm and they were able to show up the next day to install a new deadbolt on a solid wood internal door. He showed up wearing a mask, was prompt and polite! Very competitive pricing ! Would recommend and will certainly use again i need locksmithing services in the future!

Lev stopped by to take a look at my broken sliding door lock. He took it apart and showed me all of the different pieces and how they worked and how mine were broken. He had the part with him so it was an incredibly quick and easy install. Lev was great - very friendly, showed me what he was doing and explained everything, and the price was extremely fair.

I contacted this company to get the locks changed on our new house. Responded in almost no time and offered to come that day. I couldn't be home that quickly so they set up an appointment for the first time I could do. They gave me a one-hour window, called that morning to tell me when they'd be within the window, and showed up exactly on time. Gave me recommendations for my questions and were quick, efficient, friendly, and informative. Very tolerant and good with my 6 mo old puppy Very easy process and would definitely recommend!

Very prompt response and offered the most competitive price. Michael and his technician Andrew were incredibly nice. I called and Michael guaranteed me a price. Andrew arrived in 25 minutes. Andrew tried his level best with my lock, but ultimately had to drill a hole through the lock, but then immediately replaced and repaired the lock. I needed to re-key my house door and was trying to get quotes from Yelp. Michael responded very quickly within 10 minutes, and was able to make it right on Labor Day, which is when most LockSmith providers simply do not provide service. Michael showed up right on time for the appointment. The re-key job was done nice and quickly, and the price he charged($50 in total) was greater than most of the locksmiths around the area. Would highly recommend!

I must say, I contacted Neighborhood Locksmith about changing the locks on my front door, and they responded basically immediately. I very much appreciate the responsiveness of this company. Lev arrived exactly on time, explained what he was doing, and was very quick with the job. Definitely would use again.

I contacted YNL about changing my locks and Michael responded right away to set up an appointment. He communicated with me a few times before our appointment, which I really appreciated. He showed up on time (actually a little early) with Lev and they did the job quickly and professionally. Very nice to work with. Later in the day I locked myself out of my car (!) and had to call Michael to let me into my house since all my keys were in the car and I hadn't given copies to any friends or neighbors yet.

Even though it was the night of July 3 when thousands of people come to Lynn to see the fireworks, Lev drove back to Lynn to let me into the house. Of course I paid him for his service but I don't think ANY locksmith would have come out in that traffic that night. These guys are my locksmiths for life!
