Purchased shell in Aug, was advised in Apr "its plastic and plastic things break." Doesn't have a brick and mortar claims to be changing locations, told them I could meet them to see and was still told I needed to buy a new one. Avoid these people.

I have dealt with Amerikeys on two separate occasions with replacing an old FOB key on two separate vehicles. I worked with Layton both times. He was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I would definitely recommend them. Their sister location located in Universal City, Village Locksmith, is also great. Kaselyn was great. She informed me that there were other FOB keys out there for one of my vehicles, and she removed them. Definitely recommend both locations.

Great customer service. They programmed a new remote for my vehicle in a matter of minutes and at a reasonable price. Both the person who performed the work and the one who took payment were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back for future locksmith needs.
