Google a place to make a copy. Key mex popped up Google said open till 11pm so we went to the place and behold there closed early. Guess if a business can't keep there information correct on line probably better not to do business with them in the first place. Find that super unprofessional.

Price was reasonable but the at the counter had his attitude sky high for some reason. I wouldn't recommend if you can't stand bad attitude. Was hardly talking and didn't properly answer the questions.

My remote and key busted as I left work today and saw a lot of excellent reviews on this place after some research days prior. Oswald helped me out today who spoke both English and Spanish. He provided fast/friendly service, and I was in and out in 10 minutes!

I went to a lot of different places and none of them even existed. It seems they don't have a physical address. Keymex was the only Locksmith that have a shop and a place to go. I'm glad I found them, they helped me to make a duplicate for my audi q5 fob and it was surprisingly too quick I thought it w'd take half day.

All i have to say is im beyond happy with the service i got from Osvaldo, he helped me get my car key back in a reasonable price. I truly recommend going to the store and getting help from a locksmith profesional like Osvaldo.

Charged me $120.00 to program my remote but after almost 40 minutes told me I don't have an alarm on my vehicle, so charged me for nothing. Professionals would have been able to determine my vehicle did not come with a programmable alarm within a couple minutes, instead they made me sit and wait only to tell me I have no alarm system on my vehicle.

I explained to the technician that the remote I had only turned off and on the car but did not open and close the doors or set the alarm. So he was aware that I had a working remote but I wanted the other functions to work as well. So in the end I was charged $120 for a remote to start the car which I already had when I arrived at the store. The $120 he charged me could have gone towards an actual system that would unlock the doors, but instead I was charged for the exact thing I came into the store with.

In my opinion, a professional locksmith should have been able to determine within a couple minutes that my vehicle could not be programmed because there was no alarm system in the vehicle to program in the first place.

Always polite, helpful, and accurate. Ran over my keys with a lawnmower and had to replace everything including car alarm remote which is never cheap to replace. Price was fair- not the least expensive and not the most expensive but the customer service and quality justify cost.

My son had broke my key for a 2010 Mitsubishi Endeavor and I called around town getting prices. I sent a pic of the damaged key to their number and they gave me a quote over the phone and even honored their price when I got to their Store. That was a refreshing surprise. Tony was the tech at the shop and he had me in and done in no time. Best price I found in town. On the pic, the left was the before and the right is the after.

I was looking for a locksmith to rekey my front door lock that I took off. Most locksmiths I called would only do mobile service. I found Keymex and I was able to take my lock in and had it rekeyed in 10min at a fraction of a mobile service cost. Their shop is very clean, easy to find, and Tony was very courteous and efficient. I highly recomend them.

I had someone come out to help me get the key out of my locked car. They charged me $125 and said my insurance would reimburse me. NO I was only covered for $75 and found out later that I was seriously overcharged. It took him 5 minutes at most to unlock my car.

There are unprofessional, rude, and racist employees. I went because I wanted my car to be keyless. The person who attended, asked me for the original car key and I have provided it but the key that they have made didn't work. Then the attender told me that the problem was my car, so I must take it to a car shop to review the car computer. At the car shop, the staff revised and told that the car sensors and car computer were fine, and the brand new key had badly quality standards. So, I returned to the locale for the reimbursement and they were nice at the beginning and revised the car again. However, they were unable to fix it. Then, I have asked for the reimbursement, and they told me that I have accepted a service that didn't guarantee to solve the problem.

I disagree with that because I have paid $120 dollars and nothing was working, indeed I just wanted my money back; a reimbursement nor less. Thus, one employee started to raise his voice and speaking in English, because we are talking in Spanish; I thought the employee didn't think I was able to understand too. When I noticed that there was nothing to do and my physical integrity was in danger, I left the place in a friendly way. In summing up, I lost my time, almost my life, and money with clueless people, so if you decide to go: think twice before asking for a service.

All of the guts of my key and fob combo on my Toyota Camry worked fine. The housing was just destroyed. They replaced the housing and cut a new key within 15 minutes. 60 bucks later and I was out the door. A++ customer service.

Very unprofessional! The locksmith did half ass work at my home and business. Locks are sticking both places and say he will have to charge again to go back.in the same day!? He didn't clean up after himself and seemed annoyed when asked to do his job properly. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone who values their hard earned money.

Called around and had a hard time getting a straight price to open a locked house. I called Keymex and they sent Ernesto and he arrived promptly, quoted me a price to open house and rekey and got to work! He finished in a reasonable time and was on his way to the next job. Tow truck driver lost my only key. These guys came to me and made me a new transponder key within a few min at a fraction of the price and with much less hassle than towing my vehicle to the dealer! Thank you!

Needed a replacement key with a microchip because I had lost mine. My technician, Ernesto came out in about 20 minutes and was able to make 2 spare keys in another 20 minutes. Great and quick service, with the best prices I could find. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else who needs keying services.

I locked my keys in my car on accident, upon calling they responded to me quickly, with no trouble at all they sent a tech to me. Only having to wait a couple of minutes for his arrival, the tech (Estevan), got quick to work and unlocked the car in less time than it took for him to get to me. Great service

Great place for key replacements! Somebody stole my keys and within an hour of calling them, they came and had a new key ready to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a spare keys!

Arnesto is very professional. He got to my location in less than an hour and I live across town from where they are. Once they got to my home they made 3 self start keys for my truck in less than 40 min. Their prices are a lot cheaper than the other 5 companies I called. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

So glad I found them on Facebook a few months ago, they are the most affordable company I have found. They made copies of two different remote keys for my vehicles, a ‘06 Dodge Ram and a ‘11 Jeep Liberty. Very nice costumer service. I highly recommend!

Wow that was quick! Same day service, almost same HOUR service. Rudy was polite, professional and didn't keep me waiting. He called ahead of time and then showed up on time. Lighting FAST! Like most of us, I found my need for locksmith services in an emergency. They were insanely fast, professional and hard working. He was very respectful of our space and our 1920 home. I can not recommend Keymex enough. Definitely using them again!
