Great company Omar Caraballo came and did a great job installing new locks to my property. I had other locksmith but caraballo was the most profesional one i dealt with. Their keys always match my doors. You cannot compare them to Home Depot or other stores where their personnel and equipment is not specialized like theirs. Keep up the good work. The privacy lock to 1 of our 2 bathrooms would not open and appeared to be locked from the inside. Big problem in a 2 bathroom house with 2 parents and 3 kids. I called Carballo Liberty. They arrived precisely on time even though I live on the other side of town from their location. The locksmith that arrived followed all COVID 19 protocols when he entered our home, i.e. he wore a mask and gloves and kept 6' distance minimum from me and my family.
His behavior was very professional. The locksmith quickly determined that the latch of the privacy lock had broken and was stuck inside of the latch bore. He took the old lockset out part by part very carefully making sure to to damage the door. He removed the old lock set and replaced it with a new one. The entire process from phone call to completion took less than one hour.
The icing on the cake is that the price charged was substantially less than what other locksmiths quoted me just to come out to my house. They are great I would recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Needed to get a replacement car key for my car key. They were very kind and professional over the phone. Once I came into the store, they helped me right away and had me on my way! Haven't had any problems with the key since, but if I did, they said I could call them and they'd take care of it. Very pleased with the service and quality.
