The front door lock/handle had recently quit working, and I was unable to open the door. He was at the residence within 20-30 minutes of receiving the phone call, despite the fact that it was late on a Saturday night and a long bank holiday. He was really professional and a very polite person, and he got everything fixed within 25 minutes of his arrival. Thank you for a fantastic job.

Needed a lock looked at quickly and this company did not disappoint. Arrived at promised time and the engineer sorted the problem the same day although he had to go to his supplier to source replacement parts because the ones fitted to my door are apparently obsolete. I was not charged for the off-site time.

They were very professional and extremely responsive. I called twice, once to schedule an appointment and the second to confirm my appointment. Once they arrived, we walked through the house so I can show them what I wanted down and they were done within 15-20 mins. I would definitely hire them again.
