Excellent service, excellent prices. Needed copies of truck keys made and the prices were so cheap that I bought 4 of them. Also lost keys to my truck bed tool box and they we're able to match a key for the locks and made 4 of those as well. Definitely recommend Hoernel to anyone in need of a locksmith.

Would highly recommend! We locked ourselves out of our house today and we were able to get emergency service within 20 minutes. Mark showed up with a kit that was able to unlock our door within about a minute's time. He was extremely professional and personable and I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience given the situation.

I had a lock freeze up, requiring the locksmith to come to my house. He got it open and working again within a couple of minutes. He then spent over an hour making the lock work to his standards. The work was flat rate based on the tasks he did, not on how long those tasks took. He also left me with recommendations on something to do to the doorframe to decrease stress on the lock extending it's life. I would not hesitate to call them in the future. I am just annoyed I didn't call earlier and have them fix it.
