Great Service, Came here to get Acura Key fobs programmed, and Replacement Honda keys cut and programmed. Turned out the Acura keys just needed batteries! These guys were super knowledgeable, and were able to quickly get the keys for my Accord cut and programmed. Their prices were super reasonable so I splurged a bit to pick up some Key jackets as well. 100% worth supporting this small business, I will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience using a locksmith/security service for the first time! Needed 2 deadbolts installed, some on-site rekeying, plus some door frame adjustments. Kleppers phone staff was outstanding from the initial phone call to the second call when scheduling an appointment. Although extremely busy, they scheduled within days.and just before the holidays!

The locksmith, Tom, absolutely knocked it out of the park - extremely professional and very respectful while in the home. He also has a real wealth of knowledge regarding security in general. Highly recommend this company!

I have an old York safe that some parts in the lock were missing. Kleppers rebuilt the lock with original parts from that time period. The lock happened to malfunction a few weeks after repair. I called to explain what was wrong and somebody was sent out to open the safe. They took the door back to their shop and fixed everything again for me with no charge for anything. The service was exceptional. The employees are one of a kind and extremely considerate. I would recommend this company over any locksmith in york county.

If you have a key from your landlord that says do not duplicate they won't copy it with out you having the say so from land lord. Which I understand it's a safety thing. So its a nice place to go.

Super fast, they received me as soon as I opened the front door. If I had known I did not pay the 15-minute parkmeter , when I left I had 11 minutes left, that is, they attended to me in just 4 minutes. They made me copy of 3 keys in 4 minutes Wow excellent service!

Awesome service! I took them a pair of vintage camper locks that were missing keys. The locksets are becoming increasingly rare, which is why I wanted to get keys made. The gentleman behind the counter was interested in the history of them, and said he'd give it a try. I got a call less than two hours after dropping them off, and he said they were ready to go. And the price was incredibly reasonable! I was actually surprised at how inexpensive it was. Will absolutely recommend Kleppers to others.

Excellent service! I lost the key to a hitch lock and they had me fixed up in a few minutes at a very reasonable cost. Another fantastic experience from Klepper's. I'll never go anywhere else!

If you want to be overcharged, asked to pay upfront and have to have them come right back out because the deadbolt is not aligned and rubbing.then this is the spot for you! I understand businesses need to make money but was charged $600 (not including labor) for the exact same part I could have bought on Amazon for $340. Again, they should def make money, I could see a $50-$75 mark up but c'mon, charging $240 for pushing a button to order a part.not a good look and definitely feel ripped off.

Unfortunately I was super busy with work and had a broken front door handle/lock we couldn't use so I accepted the offer not knowing I was getting way over charged on this and had the work competed. Btw.when things were arranged all of the sudden I got a commutation asking me to pay upfront.not sure what that was about but I refused and said I would find another vendor as that doesn't feel right, and they agreed to not take payment upfront.by the way, as of writing this, they were paid in full.as promised! Finally, one day after the installation the one lock which I feel I was grossly overcharged for does not line up right and the bolt is rubbing and they have to come back out again.

The other locks we had replaced seemed to work well. So between getting overcharged, asked to pay upfront, and then not being done right, I would not recommend this service. The only positives were Art who was super helpful throughout the entire process, clearly the poor business decisions to ask for payment upfront and overcharge customers is driven by the owner who I called to speak with but was not available. Also, the tech who came out to install was very polite but I did share my concern about the deadbolt starting to rub in the future, next day it started rubbing.

We did have every lock replaced, the others seem to work well. Art did get a tech out the same day I called with the rubbing issue. DJ who came out to fix diagnosed quickly and seemed to resolve the issue. Thanks Art! No thanks Kleppers.

I had an exterior garage entry door that we were locked out of. The technician was super prompt ( actually arrived before i did), he was efficient and professional. Super affordable as well!

Very inexpensive, extremely friendly and always professional service! I'm always satisfied with the level of care I receive during each visit.

Scheduled with Kleppers 3 times to have a safe moved. Took off work at first appointment and they canceled last minute. Took off work 2nd appointment - they showed up but did not move the safe because they needed an additional guy to help with the move. 3rd time scheduled - they broke the appointment 2 days before the scheduled move and said they would not be able to move it. Will not recommend them or be using them anytime in the future!
