First of all, Robert Frantz is professional and BUSY GUY. But he found time immediately after reaching him on one lockout to proceed directly over to us for our lockout in promised time frame - under 1 hour! (This is pretty amazing!) Robert is such a gem. He is a great man with huge heart. When I first called him out to rekey the house we just bought, he had no idea what he just signed up for. We needed about 8 doors rekeyed, and they were old locks with complicated mechanics. But he got the job done in record time and with superb quality. Robert is the locksmith that other locksmiths use when they get into trouble with safes and pretty much anything that locks. He makes his own tools and hasn't had an unsuccessful service call in over 25 years. Need a safe recommendation? He's the guy to talk to, he knows all their weaknesses.
